THE absolute worst mail carrier for Villages at Waggoner Park. The lady has a terrible attitude, acts like she hates her job and can’t be bothered. Very snippy! She should consider a career change.

My experience at your location compared to the postal service at 7185 E Main Street was exceptional. The employee, Kevin, made the process of obtaining new passports for my family and me a truly pleasant experience, even though it is typically a stressful situation for myself. Thank you, Kevin, for your patience and respectful customer service, even during times of high customer volume. Your professionalism greatly contributed to a positive interaction. Additionally, the other employees appeared to be highly efficient and equally friendly toward customers. Thank you for providing such a wonderful experience!

The have clearly lost my package!!! I have called the 800 number twice and still no updates. The package is a week late today. I tried calling the branch and it just rang and rang. Their customer service is awful to say the least.

I was waiting for my important package the whole day i even saw the lady delivering to my neighbors but missed mine and she reported it there was no access to my location to deliver my package.

I ordered a package. USPS stated that it was delivered. This is the second time, you failed. You probably have a thief working for you. If I don't receive my package, I will contact the Postal Inspector and make sure that you loose your job.
