I would not use them. After getting all of my personal information and sending a confirmation order #. They sent an email that my order c annealed and it would be 72 hours to return my money. I think they are scammers!

The worst scam phone company ever!!!
My experience with Boost Mobile has been egregious. Within an hour of making an online purchase, Boost Mobile failed to deliver the promised eSIM service. I was subjected to outrageous customer service, involving over 20 representatives, and ultimately deprived of my customer rights.
Boost Mobile is a scam company. They also BS about their 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee: 'Applies to online activations. Requires port-in and AutoPay. Customers activating in stores may be charged non-refundable activation fees.' They even refused to refund me within an hour of my online purchase by the last customer service representative, Henry!!!!!!

Unbelievably awful customer service. They hung up on me and my fiancé twice! Do not recommend this phone service either. If only they would do as they would say they would. It was such a horrible experience trying to get the transfer pin code! There’s a reason no one uses this phone service anymore.

Worst service ever...someone tried to do a sim swap.. was locked out of my phone... they hung up on me several times after waiting 35 minutes. They Still haven't helped resolved issue.

These people are all a bunch of inept! All cellphones must be carrier unlocked at purchasing by the FDIC and so they give me the transfer pin and all that jazz yet i go to a diff carrier and guess what!! Cells still blocked to carrier guess who's the carrier BOSST MOBILE!EVERY-TIME I CAL BECAUSE THEY REFUSE TO HELP ME THEY TELL ME THE SYSTEMS DOWN ALL THE TIME I ABSOLUTELY HATE HATE THIS COMPANY AND I AM REPORTING THEM TO THE BBB AS WE SPEAK !

Customer care sucks. Have to push random buttons just to speak to someone if the automative voice doesnt have your problem categorized. & then they always want you to call back from another phone. You tell them you dont have one and they tell you they cant help you with your problem.
