They either break your stuff or steal it. I've yet to have a good experience with FedEx! I didn't understand how FedEx is still in business with all of the physical evidence of wrong doing on FedEx's part.

Easy drop off. Scan label and received a text message to confirm drop off for fed Ex to pick up.
