They hired one of the big bully’s that was on the news in milford Kroger not too long ago for bullying someone so bad, an employee at another store. Not surprising because she tried it at a Kroger before this of someone I knew personally when she got transferred, she likes to say things like “a little birdy told me” to get at her employees, not someone you want representing Blanchester Kroger. Shannon doesn’t need to be working at Kroger she’s a bully and takes full power of being a manager to bully other employees. Will not be shopping here anymore! Disgusting!

Always have issues getting meds filled in a timely manner, today was told 15-20 min 2 1/2 hours script was sent in… okay, waited another 30 minutes went to check and was told another 45 minutes… no thank you! A bunch of eye rolling young people with no customer service skills or sense of priority. I’ll go elsewhere

INSUFFERABLE!
Prescriptions are never filled when promised. Made three trips on three different days to pick up order, and every day was a new excuse to why they were not ready. Avoid Blanchester Kroger Pharmacy.

All you do is wait. I've had a prescription in since yesterday and they're making me wait another day to get it. They filled it on Monday last week and I have to wait until Tuesday this week to get my next one. So I get 7 days of meds for 8 days. Unreal

How is it possible to go from "You're prescription is on order and should be here tomorrow at 2pm", to "Let me check if we have some, ok I can have it ready in 10 minutes"????? All of this in the same phone call, just by asking if they were sure it would be ready by 2 the next day. Apparently the Blanchester Kroger Pharmacy is either hiring idiots or lazy people who don't care about people getting prescriptions they need. Why would you order medications and wait until they came in to get them to people, when you have them in stock??? This is the last time I will use them since they don't care about customers, I'll be transferring every prescription me or my family gets from now on to Barr's pharmacy. I can't take any chances anymore with this idiotic pharmacy.

Store hours are incorrect online. They "forget" to open their drive thru. Also make sure to call to verify that they actually fill your prescription when they are supposed to.

Customer service is a dumpster fire. They said the prescription was ready went there to get it and they guy said it was back ordered then just laughed.

My pharmacy was bought out by kroger.Called their number and was auto transferred to Blanchester. Called 4 times to locate my prescriptions for refills. The phone rang endlessly, even when transferred by customer service.What a joke.

Absolutely awful!! Went o get my sons prescription... from the time of the urgent care to the pharmacy, it was at least three hours. There were two prescriptions and I only got one. It didn't dawn on me that I didn't get it until I got home because there was only one prescription in the bag. I called Kroger questioning where the second prescription was and they told me on the phone that they were out of Capmist DM and they weren't sure when they would have it to fill the prescription. I called a local pharmacy to have the prescripton transferred. This was at 9am. At 1pm I showed up at the local pharmacy. They just got the transfer and found out that the Kroger Pharmacy called the urgent care we had gone to and asked them to change the prescription to Mucinex DM so Kroger could fill it before transferring it to the local pharmacy. I had the local pharmacy call the urgent care back and had them confirm that the original prescription was Capmist DM. The local pharmacy filled the prescription for me of Capmist DM and I was finally on my way with my son's prescription.What pharmacy makes things this complicated. I'm done Kroger Pharmacy... good riddance.

Horrible service, called my prescription in on a Saturday said it would be ready by Sunday then went on Monday to pick it up and they said it wasn’t ready yet to come back in a hour.

worst and slowest pharmacy in the area but it is prettymuch like the rest of the store. It would go out of business if people in the area had an option.

Simply put, they don’t fill your meds when they say they will, sometimes by hours, sometimes not even the same day. “We’re sorry we didn’t get to it” is not acceptable when you’re out of medication and it was supposed to be ready 2 hours ago and you still have a 1/2 hour before you close.

They endanger lives with how they run their business. They have claimed on several occasions to never get a prescription from my doctor when doctor has called it in several times. If you value your health I would not go here anymore. Barrs in town is so so so much better. Don't waste your time at this horrendous place.
