They hired one of the big bully’s that was on the news in milford Kroger not too long ago for bullying someone so bad, an employee at another store. Not surprising because she tried it at a Kroger before this of someone I knew personally when she got transferred, she likes to say things like “a little birdy told me” to get at her employees, not someone you want representing Blanchester Kroger. Shannon doesn’t need to be working at Kroger she’s a bully and takes full power of being a manager to bully other employees. Will not be shopping here anymore! Disgusting!

I’m so frustrated with Kroger. They continue to short their staffing so that it affects quality. Free delivery has been more and more difficult. And Kroger pickups are frequently super late. Delivery is often even worse. They’ve upcharged me several times. I wish they weren’t the store closest to me.

The pick up service is always being changed. It's very very inconvenient. My schedule is hectic so sometimes I have to rely on a pick up order and then to tell me that it cant be completed in 4 hours time and ask if I can pick up tomorrow.... No I can't because I work 16 hours days every weekend 😭 so now the next 2 days are screwed and Monday I have classes. I don't know why you advertise something and can't follow through. 😑

I go into this store quite often and I always seem to have issues. the U scan is just absolutely awful, there are never lines open. the store never has fresh food, its always expired WAY past the date. Nor is the store kept clean either. Today though is a whole new level. they have installed the new cart security for push outs. I check and check and check to make sure I scan my groceries before I walk out of that store. I am no thief. I go to walk out of the store and the cart buckles and locks on me. So I keep pushing because I think it must have gotten caught on something on the floor they don’t clean. Nope. Cart locked because I walked too far with MY PAID GROCERIES. PAID GROCERIES. key word being PAID. And then an employee pipes up and laughs at me and says “she is dragging it across the floor oh my gosh” while still laughing at me. You would think she would be considerate and come over and help to fix it? No she stood there and laughed and watched me. If thats not poor customer service I don’t know what is. So another employee from who knows where had to unlock my cart so i could continue on out the door. This is just another reason to the already extremely long list of why I will never recommend Blanchester Kroger to anyone.

Maddison is AMAZINGLY efficient! Great at her job, friendly knowledgeable and FAST! I don’t know how the pharmacy would operate without her! Give her a raise!

Standing at the deli for over 15 minutes while the lady blatantly ignores us because if she doesn’t do what she’s doing she will get in trouble. And then proceeds to tell us you wait. Horrible service

I don't go to kroger very often anymore. I find myself driving out of the way to shop. I did stop at this one, only to find out of stocks and and much higher prices than other places I go to. Oh and after I walked though the entire store not one employee spoke to me.

Make sure you check your receipts when using coupons. They tend to not honor them when checking out.
