Drove an hour to go here, good selection, but the best part of our visit was MARK! Mark was the nicest most helpful employee I’ve seen in a long time. He was constantly asking customers if they needed help and introducing himself, joking with the kids, overall making the place an enjoyable business to shop at

Save your money and your time. The store is way over priced and all the staff just joke around not even paying attention to what they are doing. Not to mention the small amount of options for fireworks. I almost walked out and left my items I was so upset by how they were acting. I won't be making another hour plus trip to purchase fireworks from this company again.

Went to phantom fireworks in Bloomingburg for the first time. They are misleading in their flyer advertisement and they want you to purchase stuff like t shirts and dog toys and 5 gallon buckets just to get there price on certain fireworks... Everyone should go to Shelton's fireworks warehouse in Richmond or United fireworks in Dayton. Better bang for your buck at those places. I'll make sure to stear my friends and family away from phantom fireworks.

Absolutely a rip off. Coupons they advertise are not in effect when you get there and prices are about 300% higher than a Indiana. Drive the extra 30 mins and get more than one mortar and a pack of 10 roman candles for 100 bucks. Totally a scam.

Going to be going to a different job from now on. I came here for years and I bought several thousand dollars worth of fireworks. Bottom line is the service isn't what it once was they act surprised that you even come they don't talk to you they don't offer deals prices have increased dramatically. They need to bring back the old management staff that actually cared and do what they were doing

The staff was polite but the firework’s sucked this year, I spent a lot of money and drove an hour for what I thought would be better than a few years ago .but the fireworks were really bad this time around ,I don’t think we will ever go back to phantom fireworks next year.

I tried calling multiple times. And left messages. I shouldn’t have been so foolish and driven there. Looking online it says they’re open till 7 PM seven days a week. Other locations in Ohio when you call them, you can only leave messages. Don’t waste your time going to these places. Sheldon’s in Indiana is the place to go.

Stopped in to pickup fireworks for a gender reveal. The individual helping me was very helpful and made sure to keep our secret safe until the reveal, which went amazingly!I also left my ID in the store and the Assistant Manager, Austin, was gracious enough to mail it back to me.Would definitely recommend this Phantom Fireworks location!

This place is awesome, I would have given it 5 stars but it the store really does need to be bigger. The people was really friendly and helpful. They have coupons and you can more on line. They have a really good selection of fireworks to choose from. I would recommend that a few people get together and go, so that you can more.

Lady at the front said my military discount would stack on coupons then at check out she said no it can’t. They jumble up the numbers and confuse you. I got twice the amount of fireworks at TNT for less money. The employees also had terrible attitudes. Trashy place won’t go back.

Phantom fireworks is open all year round. With extended hours during the week of the 4th. The paper you sign when you check in is to state that you won't do anything illegal with the fireworks. Guns, knives, lighters, and dip should all be left in your vehicle and not taken into the store.

They had a lot of options for bigger fireworks, if you want smaller cheaper fireworks you're better off going to tnt fireworks.
