Cant get anyone to answer the phone in any department. Impossible to set up auto payments for loans so every payment has to be made late over the phone (because they wont let you pay over the phone unless it late, RIP your credit score) and their website is incredibly shady and not at all user friendly.

Customer service is terrible. They either won't answer the phone or you are on hold forever. Their website doesn't work and even the recent codes they send you don't get you back online. I have not been able to log online for 3 months

Probably the worst bank on the planet; I get it's Tiffin, but c'mon. Do yourself a favor go somewhere else. No ATM, horrible customer service, and piss poor hours. If you work here, you should be ashamed of yourself.

This bank is SO shady. We had a 4 wheeler loan through them. You can't get a straight answer. No one answers the phone in the loan department. Additionally, you can't see your payments online. You have to call each time to speak with anyone. They refuse to transfer from one person to another. You can't speak with anyone.

The hours are terrible and it says on the door that they are open 9-3 but I went to the door at 2:30 and nobody was inside so I had to leave with no money. This is the 2nd time I’ve went to that bank when they are open and nobody was inside to help.

Laura McGrew is very unprofessional and rude. I'm not even sure if shes an email of yours. Sending out unprofessional emails with your banks name but using a hotmail email.
