I liked the fast service. Was I impressed with the location. No. I’m a long time user of devices like this and so I understand their lack of visual candy. People come and get what was authorized. Pay an upfront price and leave with a monthly payment unless insurance can help. My agent was courteous, knew that I was a return, kept the conversation to a point and we parted in 10 minutes. Loved it!

My appointment was at 3PM. I was running late, but I called and was told to be there in 10 minutes to keep from having to reschedule. After I arrived I was told that there would not be enough time for me to be seen because the appointment ahead of mine ran over and a 4PM was on the schedule.I went to my car and called the office and told them it wasn't my fault that the appointment was running over and that they should cancel the 4PM and see me since I was there. They told me to come back inside.I've had CPAP before, so we didn't have to go over everything. We went over all the important things, I made my payment and left with my new CPAP thanks to Kevin and Shanon(?)!!! They took care of me to my satisfaction!

I have been waiting since June 3rd for my bipap machine and they keep giving me the run around! The guy on the phone tells me someone from another office is handling my order and he claims he is waiting for my insurance. My insurance has gotten nothing from this company asking for approval for my machine. I would never ever recommend Total Respitory to get anything!! They might be the worst company I have ever dealt with!!

I have repeatedly had issues with my mask filling with water. Made an appointment to check it out and she plugged it in and within 1 second said the machine is working. She changed everything to auto. It flooded me again that night. I called and they assured me someone would call me (the manager)Guess what no call. Now I have to go the entire weekend while I attempt to sleep. So now I will report them to the BBB On Monday

Very unhappy. Hounded me to order new supplies when they knew I was going to get a new machine and told me the supplies would work on the new machine. Well they didn't so I lost hundreds of dollars in supplies out of my pocket that I couldn't use.New machine experience was also a nightmare with billing. Don't ever give this company any credit card information. You will regret it.

They set me up with my cpap machine, but i was still struggling several months later. I called and asked for help, they had me come in to try some new masks. I was even able to exchange some that i had not opened. Now my cpap therapy is working much better. Very helpful staff.

If you need any type of breathing equipment, then go to Advance Home Medical. From oxygen tanks to CPAP they have it all. And they take care of you quickly. These folks care about their customers.

Information regarding monthly cost isn’t what I was quoted. I was told one amount monthly and first bill was doubled. I would not recommend this company.

They are the 2nd DME supplier I called for a nebulizer and had it ready to go in no time! Friendly, courteous staff that were a pleasure to deal with!

I was issued a BiPAP machine on March 22, this year and have not been contacted for or issued any quarterly supplies since then. I was charged for a mask which I needed as refit in August.

They will hassle you all the time to buy new medical supplies and when you have an issue with equipment you purchased from them, they fail to properly communicate, do not get it repaired, and then come take the loaner equipment they provided you and provide you with your broken equipment. They literally took working equipment, that has an effect on my health, away from me. Their processes are poor and are only focused on extracting as much money from you as possible while providing a convoluted and confusing service. Just imagine an ambulance throwing an ailing patient to the street - that is Advanced Home Medical. Look somewhere else for much better service. This is strictly my own opinion.

I am totally new to oxygen and I had the best experience talking to Tommy in Blue Ash! He was very patient with us, answered all our questions, and was sympathetic to our situation with my mom’s health. He’s definitely an asset! The world needs more people like him!

This company stinks. Like pulling teeth to get them to communicate with you and if the call drops don’t think they will call you back because they don’t. Spoke with Tommy the supervisor and he just kept saying I can go somewhere else. Sad that you are trying to take care of a sick parent and this company does not want to give you any information or help and you have to keep calling. Someone needs to help Tommy with some customers service skills because he doesn’t have any.
