“Having recently moved to the area - and not having any one to give references - I needed an honest and thorough mechanic. Before moving, I had a great honest, mechanic and wasn't too hopeful I would get so lucky. Don's was close by(win) and the ratings/reviews seem to be good. I'm 2 months in and 2 visits later, and I can confirm they deserve the ratings you see here. They are honest - the price is reasonable and no pressure. They are thorough: they did a full dx on my vehicle and found issues I didn't know existed on the vehicle (1 issue in particular was a noise I hadn't really narrowed down and come to find out, it was front end bearings - major). They were helpful as I had no ride to and from the shop, and they were able to assist. I now have a new set of Toyo tires with alignment & road hazard - I'm ready to rock. And it helps they are nice. Casey and the team there are just good people. I will continue to make Don's my only place for car repairs. Low risk decision - make Don's your mechanic.”

“Our car started a nasty rattle on the way to my daughter’s driving test. We brought it to the shop after and Tater (the owner) offered to go for a ride and immediately identified it as a bad axel. Next day the mechanic Doug did replace both axels, but also both ball joints. When I came back he showed me the parts he replaced and explained what had gone wrong with them and why they needed to be replaced.
I’m confidant it was done right and I’m pleased with the price. My daughter’s ready to drive.”

The best customer service with the friendliest staff and long-time employees who always make you feel welcome. They have frozen yogurt, a car wash, and plenty of gas pumps, there’s rarely a wait, and they’re always in working! Mechanic shop in the back is a huge bonus, and a variety of options for quick shop offers inside. They setup huge Bengals merch shop outside during football season. I've been fueling up here for over 20 years, and it just keeps getting better!”
