  Blue Ash Nails is the only place I will go anymore. I always get quick and friendly service and they go above and beyond to make sure my nails are done perfectly.

  Not a fan. I made appt for myself and my 2 daughters. The couldn't accommodate all 3 of us for acrylic nails at 5:30 because the owner had to take his boy to ball practice. That's fine I adjusted and came in at 5. Brandon does my nails does not speak to me the whole time he is doing them. Does the acrylic and leaves no polish and no explanation. They take me back for my pedicure with Rozi who by the way was the only friendly person in the place. Im getting my pedicure done and I ask Rozi if she's going to paint my nails. She says I don't know I'll have to ask. When she gets done with my pedicure she takes me up front to finish my nails. While she's in the middle of polishing my nails the owners wife is calling for her I think to do a pedicure. Rozi asked her what she needed and never received an answer so she continued polishing my nails. When she's more than halfway through Brandon comes back in and sits down working on someone else. When I'm finished I walk out front with Rozi to pay and he starts bitching at her in front of me. He was very unprofessional made me uncomfortable as well as Rozoi I'm sure. In the meantime my one daughter who wanted a flower painted on her fingernail couldn't get it because the owners wife couldn't do a flower and was waiting on Brandon to do it . After 2hrs my daughter left without the flower. Instead of a French tip they painted her toe nails WHITE. LOOKS LIKE HER TOES WERE PAINTED WITH WHITE OUT 😞
  TERRIBLY DISAPPOINTED IN THE PRICE AND THE SO CALLED SERVICE 🤬. ROZI if you go somewhere else I would happily follow! You were the only bright spot in this place.

  First time coming here I had an appointment for my nails to get done for vacation, not only did they accept a walk in during my appointment and left me sitting there while he started someone else I had two nails to get done (wanted a design ) Asked another technician for help and he didn’t wanna help, so i had to ask my original technician to please finish my nails before waiting another 40 minutes while he started on a walk in Im very very disappointing and will not be back!! ( Also my mother had a bad experience as her nail tech was being yelled at for doing her nails?) Do not recommend!! The only good nail techs were ((Gamila & May and Roczi ))

  Try this salon for the first time. I obviously had a brand new girl, Rosie that had NO IDEA what she was doing. The polish application was ok but the overall pedicure and experience was the WORST that I’ve ever had! Going back to OHIO nails. Only came here b/c the other salon was closed.

  I don’t recommend this place at all!!! At this point of my walk in services, It doesn’t matter how good or bad Brandon is. I come to a nail salon to treat myself and have my nails and toes taken care of. It’s only 10 minutes into my pedicure and Brandon blatantly started asking me about the the pentagram stars on my knees and jewelry. I said they were a sign of my religion. Conversation should have stopped there. I’m trying to listen to my audiobook and relax. Then he started spouting off about, “oh like in the movies with the fire and the star and the women with funny hats”. At this point my face turned red and the other ladies around me began to stare at me. I understand if you are genuinely curious but don’t ask me when I’m in a bit of a compromising position where you’re working on my feet.
  I understand if you’re curious about things but read the room. If I don’t want to talk, please respect that.
  The dip nail was sub par at best. Sloppy and not fully to the edges. It was done with little care.

  I asked for a manicure, black SNS, tips, and stiletto shape with silver chrome. At first the manicurist seemed very meticulous, but when finished, the nails looked rather sloppy. I’ve gotten stiletto nails many times at other salons, and they’ve always come out sharp and pointed. Instead, he gave me more of an almond shape and seemed annoyed when I asked him to make them sharper. He filed so hard that he even cut me. Even more, he trimmed my cuticles fine but didn’t push them back. So now, about 2 weeks later, they look way more grown out than they should. Also, the nail tips weren’t applied with enough glue, and some of the tips of my natural nails aren’t adhered to the plastic tip. This can trap liquid, dirt, and bacteria! Onto the silver chrome: it was applied very carelessly with his finger, not covering the edges. It wasn’t properly rubbed into the nails, so the it looks more like sparkly silver and not mirror-finish chrome, as I’ve gotten before. The manicurist didn’t even try to clean the chrome powder off skin around my nails! Also, the SNS wasn’t e-filed smooth, so it created pits and raised points, which were very visible under the chrome. Lastly, 3 days after getting them done, I was swimming in the ocean, and the gel top coat and chrome completely peeled off one nail (this has NEVER happened before).
  
  Unfortunately, I went out of town the very next day, so I wasn’t able to go back in to ask them to fix these issues. I’m usually not one to complain, and I hate to leave a negative review. However, I payed a pretty penny for this service. The quality definitely did NOT match the price! I’m sorry to say that I cannot recommend this salon.

  I like my nails short. Which I got. But, color I picked was not color I thought. Service was good. Bring cash as theyey want cash payment which I wasn't expecting.

  This place was amazing. The guy took care of my ingrown toenail and didn’t make it bleed. Very professional and relaxing! Highly recommend!

  Went for the first time yesterday and was not disappointed! Linh did amazing!! I got an acrylic full set . His application and how he took time on my shaping was appreciated! Will be coming back
