From the first day to the last we had no problems! Their prices are reasonable. Offering a truck was a big plus for us since we don't have a truck. Rachel is very kind, helpful and went above and beyond to help us!

I have nothing but good things to say about the storage facility at Blu Ash. Its clean , safe and the staff are all very nice. However they raised the cost of the unit significantly from the original cost and this is why we decided to vacate to something more reasonable and closer to home.

We love Bearcat Storage! Of all of the scamming storage places there are, it's finally great to be with a company that actually cares about the customer, and is not out to rip them off. I will continue to use Bearcat Storage for any of my storing needs!

Super easy to set up account. Was able to do everything online and my storage unit was ready to go when I got there! Instructions were sent via text and email and were clear and concise! Highly recommend! Also, very clean and easy access to all units!
