BEWARE ***** returned equipment to the location in Florence, KY. Kept my receipt for 2yrs. 3rd year later I noticed on my credit that I had a collection! Guess who from, and guess what for! Unfortunately now since I no longer have the receipt it's my word against theirs! They didn't bother trying to get ahold of me or anything just went right to collections! I have never had cable since, and I will never! Nor will I pay for something they already have! BEWARE!

As I read some reviews from Spectrum from google and the BBB, they seem to have the same complaints. I canceled my services apparently 3 days into my new billing cycle and they will not waive the bill for services I'm no longer using or have access to. Really bad customer service. $85 for internet only is borderline fraud and to charge me that amount for a month in which I will not be using the service is enough for my entire family to never use this company again. Very disappointed in myself for staying with this company for as long as I did, and disappointed in the way my issue was handled. Zero stars should really be an option, not that Spectrum cares about reviews but other customers care about what others have to say about your company and I will make sure to share my experience with everyone that I come into contact with at my job where we see 50-100 people daily. I'm always looking for a "good buy" and I found one Spectrum, Good Bye!!

I was employed there for 1 year. The training process is very fast ...The customers are told & promised a price or either misinformed on their bill. Some pay close attention others do not. Had I'd been told the honest truth in total about the position I probably would have never applied. Some of the people that call in feel entitled and plain rude & nasty. I literally walked out after a series of conversations with customers that were terrible & didn't return.

Applied for a position here. Contacted me within 2 weeks for a interview. I gave them a fully up to date resume so when I had my interview I did make it clear that I didn't have much computer experience and asked do you train. The hiring manager said they do. Was contacted a few days later for my 2nd this time in person interview. Of course I didn't get it and it was because I was lacking computer experience which I clearly mentioned that in my resume and during the phone interview. I was highly upset to have my time wasted. Could have just save me the trouble and told me from the beginning they were looking for experienced individuals only. However there job ad did say they were willing to train if you did or didn't posses computer experience.

A representative from this location knocked on my door offering a promotional price for me to switch to spectrum from Cincinnati bell fioptics. She called it a “Win back offer”. We liked the price offered for the services promised so we switched. HOWEVER when our bill came it was twice the price promised! I called the representative and asked what was going on. She promised to fix it and make the price adjustment in their system. It still has not been corrected. On top of that she got our last name wrong on our bill even though we spelled it out for her. Very unsatisfied with her customer service.
