The room we stayed in had a strong musty odor. Our fault for not asking for a different room but checking was extremely busy.Breakfast was fantastic. Had a hot meat and eggs every morning and had a pancake maker.Wifi worked great but did make you sign in every time you were out. Auto login did not seem to work.Indoor pool was clean and well maintained.

I got a job last minute working a concert happening in Cincinnati and this was the only hotel left that was moderately affordable. I live in Columbus and since I wouldn't be done at the show until well past midnight I didn't feel comfortable driving all the way home after. Once I stepped foot in this hotel I wish I had. The check in process was smooth and the lobby looks nice but that's where it ends sadly. The elevator was closed for maintenance and I was, of course, on the 3rd floor so I had to carry my bags up there. When I got to my room I found that instead of having a normal number plate, my room was marked with the number written on a post it note duct taped to the door. I went in and was sadly unsurprised with the state of my room based on my experience thus far. I knew this wouldn't be the nicest place so thankfully I took some Clorox wipes with me as well as flip flops for the shower. I wiped down every single surface I could but still didn't feel clean. I was so sweaty from working the outdoor show that I simply had to take a shower, even though the tub was disgusting. I was really glad in that moment that I took flip flops because otherwise I don't think I'd have been able to get myself into the tub. I was in a double queen room and when looking at both beds I found one had a HUGE orange stain on the top blanket. No layers had to be taken off the bed for me to see it. I'm shocked they put this on the bed to be honest. Needless to say I chose to sleep in the other bed. The one and ONLY upside to this hotel is that the bed was actually very comfortable, more so than a lot of nicer hotels I've stayed at. Once I checked out the next day, I drove home and immediately Lysol-ed absolutely everything that touched a surface in the room and took the deepest shower possible. I would not recommend staying here even if it's the only place available.

You get what you pay for and we should have spent the extra $70 for the Hampton. The elevator was out. When we booked we knew it wasn't working but when we checked in it was, then was out again for the rest of the weekend. When you walk in the lobby you will be blasted with the smell of chlorine from the very small indoor pool but it still smells better than the rest of the hotel. The stairs are the worst. It smells like cigarettes and urine. The room... There was trash on the floor left over from the previous guests but the sheets looked clean. Half the lightbulbs were out and there were no chairs, even for the desk. The AC was a hit or miss. Sometimes it worked, sometimes not so well. The other room we booked the AC wouldn't get below 78. Either way the rooms were both very humid and smelled like mold. All they had for breakfast on Sunday was muffins and cereal. I guess they only make a certain amount and when it's done it's done. So get down there before 8am if you're hoping for something hot. If you want your room cleaned while you're there just know that only includes new towels. They do not change the sheets or take any trash.

The elevators were down. The ice bowl was full of mold. My curtains didn't fit the windows, so I couldn't close them. The top of the toilet didn't fit the tank. The toilet seat was sitting on the toilet , not attached. My husband fixed that. There was a big ball of sticky hairy stuff on the dirty carpet. The rooms smelled terrible. I can't believe that this was a Choice motel. It should be condemned!Rooms: Filthy, smelly, should be condemned.

I had previous experience with this motel in 2018 and loved it. However, this visit was horrendous. We came here expecting a nice stay for the Taylor Swift concert. Instead, we got a smelly, dank room on the third floor. The elevator was broken. The carpet was stained and dirty. The bathroom lights were so dim they were like a nightlight. The floor was caved in under the AC unit. As long as we had comfy beds and a safe place to sleep, we could overlook all that. Well, when we returned from the concert, we opened the door and noticed it was very hot and humid in the room. The lower part of the window had fallen off it's track and into the room. Bugs had flown in and were flying all around the lights. My Daughter tried to place the window back in place but I stopped her because of the caved in, uneven floor beneath the A/C and window unit. I didn't want her to slip and fall three stories!! I called the front desk and told them what was going on. We waited over 30 minutes for someone to come up and look at this ridiculousness. We gave up, packed up and headed down the steps,. We passed the desk attendant in the stairwell carrying a can of bug spray!! We checked out. Thankfully, we were reimbursed and drove two hours to Columbus to stay in a Holiday Inn Express. Choice hotels have lost my confidence and patronage after this. Can't make this stuff up.

The place & room were clean, they have a gym and an indoor pool, the staff was corteous, breakfast has a decent variety, nice location with plenty of parking. I took one star off because both, the microwave and the mini fridge weren't working properly, but overall, it was a pleasant experience. I'd recommend this place.

I would not recommend this hotel. If I could give it no stars I would. Very filthy from the carpets to the linen. My daughter was afraid she was going to get bed bugs from staying at this hotel. In the middle of the night there was a fire in one of the rooms and the front desk guy just said someone must've been smoking in their rooms. Seriously the worst stay imaginable. Take your money elsewhere if you want to feel safe and have a good nights sleep.

The staff was very rude to begin with. Once up to my room, I could tell it was unsanitary but what topped it off is the moldy bar of soap with pubs on it that's probably sat there for weeks. Highly recommend not staying at this dump.

We needed a place to sleep for the night and didn't want to shell out a fortune. This Comfort Inn was the cheapest option that didn't seem *too* sketchy when booking. It got the job done. As expected, it wasn't anything grand, and felt a little dingy, but the room was fine enough. The beds were also surprisingly comfortable. The area it's in is okay but the crowd this hotel draws in was not the most desirable. Either way, for about 90 bucks we got what we wanted and didn't have to break the bank. It's also conveniently located right in between downtown Cincy and Kings Island, which worked perfect after a late night at the park.

I do not recommend this motel. Is a major refurbish, and deep cleaning and repair of major objects of customer satisfaction.
