“I love this place!! They carry all my faves like Takis and tootsie rolls. Last time i went in to pick up some hard seltzer and the manager asked me if there was anything i was looking for that he didn’t have. i told him i would like a certain brand and flavor of seltzer and he said come back next week on wednesday and i will have it for you. it’s wednesday i’m here and he got it, just for me!!! I will tell everyone i know to shop here bc that makes the experience that much more enjoyable. Of course the service is more friendly than most other places too but they go above and beyond!”

“I recently had Cataract and Glaucoma surgery. I was shocked by the price, even after my insurance coverage, of my post-op eye drops. The pharmacy employees at the Blue Ash, Ohio (#2697) location were excellent and went to great lengths to get me the best price. Kia was especially helpful , even after I was a little abrasive with her on one of my early visits. She called Bausch & Lomb numerous times to get a coupon worth $40 to apply to my purchase. She even had to contact my doctor to get the prescription changed from gel to suspension in order to be able to use the coupon. It is refreshing to see a young lady, like Kia, stay cool and resilient in order to provide GREAT customer service. Thank You, Richard J. O'Toole”

“Never thought I'd really love a gas station, but here we are lol - the employees are what makes this store the best! IDK if it's a policy or if they're really that nice, but every time I'm there, they compliment me, start up a conversation, ask how my day was, interact w/ my toddler - they're really great. It gets pretty busy, so it can be a pain to manuever to the pumps, but eh - it's not that big of a deal. A few weeks ago, I needed Benadryl badly around 9PM, but because of quarantining, Walmart and Kroger were already closed. I called UDF to see if they had any -- they did! He said he'd hold it behind the counter for me. He was so sweet when we got there, told me he hoped I felt better, etc. I went back a few days later - same guy was working and he asked how I felt, did the medicine help, etc. SO NICE!”

They didn't have any flavoring for the meds so I came here and they helped me and were so friendly even though they were super busy! He was helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. As a staff member, I observed him offering to help the front register staff member in addition to his own duties. He is flexible, helpful, courteous and has the ability to multitask.Stellar employee!!”
