“I recently had Cataract and Glaucoma surgery. I was shocked by the price, even after my insurance coverage, of my post-op eye drops. The pharmacy employees at the Blue Ash, Ohio (#2697) location were excellent and went to great lengths to get me the best price. Kia was especially helpful , even after I was a little abrasive with her on one of my early visits. She called Bausch & Lomb numerous times to get a coupon worth $40 to apply to my purchase. She even had to contact my doctor to get the prescription changed from gel to suspension in order to be able to use the coupon. It is refreshing to see a young lady, like Kia, stay cool and resilient in order to provide GREAT customer service. Thank You, Richard J. O'Toole”

He was helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. As a staff member, I observed him offering to help the front register staff member in addition to his own duties.
