Went in to buy a last minute Valentine's Day card as I was in the neighborhood. I got there abt 10 mins before closing. The store clerk was a 5-star horse's a$$. Didn't even thank me for my purchase or for coming into the store. I will never set foot in this store again. I've been there several times over the years but never again. Maybe this dude can get a job at the zoo where he has to deal with animals as he doesn't know how to interact with humans.

First off I would rate this place a minus 5 if I could. First time in this store and bringing in 3 boxes to ship. I was standing there waiting my turn. One employee asked if I was dropping off yes I replied. He pointed to were to drop, I walked over holding the boxes and this were it turned very bad. Good ole David stared at me not saying anything for a moment then pointed to a sign saying drop here. I said oh sorry did not see the sign. I placed the boxes on the counter and here good old David goes again. He looked at me and said nothing! I said can I get a receipt and this guy is the most un-professional person I have ever encountered. This guy was hateful, no greeting, no smile no thank you etc. Its a shame he is representing FedEx. This guy needs to be fired as I looked at other reviews- horrible, he should be in the backroom and not greeting customers or stay home David if you are such are a unhappy person.

Two stars because I’ve been here a handful of times and no problems! Was helped by a nice guy who was cool and answered my questions (sorry I don’t know your name!). But had the great displeasure of interacting with David today and man, that guy is a piece of work! Was so rude and condescending to me I was shocked. It is only by the grace of God that I left there without going off on that guy (in front of my 2 year old). It started with him helping a man who clearly entered the store after me as I was waiting in line. After I was acknowledged, I asked if I needed a receipt if I was dropping something off and wow, I really seem to have triggered something in this guy (lol). Initially I thought he was a meanie to me because I’m a woman, but after reading some of these reviews, it looks like he’s mean to pretty much everyone. This guy needs to change his attitude or he’s gotta go. If you’re reading this after a similar experience, try to laugh it off. Mean people are unhappy and it has nothing to do with you. Praying you find Jesus, David!

Great staff was in there recently and a customer came in in a bad mood and they tried to help but the customer wasn’t happy with any alternatives how they handled the situation is the reason why I come to this location dealing with us customers is not easy especially the ones that think the customer is always right I worked in CS for 20+ years i understand. Keep up the good work Blueash team

My usual location and Mason is very helpful, but I was in the neighborhood so I thought I would give this location a try.An older gentleman at the counter was working, and he was very rude. I had a work package that I have shipped multiple times and I know fits into a small envelope. He asked if I was sure that would fit. I put it in to show it would. He picked it up, said “oh come on” then he took the contents out of the envelope and threw it back on the counter. At that point, I picked up my package and left. I, like most customers, am not familiar with the ins and outs of shipping. If there was an issue, I would’ve appreciated him sharing that with me in a kind way and giving a suggestion. This person should not be working with people. I will not be returning and will tell the people I know who ship regularly to steer clear of this location. The poor rating of the store is well deserved.

Had a terrible experience with 9648 Kenwood Rd Blue Ash OH 45242 location. The person at counter was very very rude and unprofessional for answering a simple question related to shipping. Had the impression they don't want customers coming to the store to use their services. The people at the counter need to understand without customer they have no business. Would be better to start treating customer bit better. Its not like they offer service for free nor charity. I would go elsewhere for shipping needs. There is no reason for such a poor customer service.

I’ve been getting banners from this location for years and every time, they’ve been perfect. Yuri Lator used to be my go-to forever, but with him gone, the staff is still amazing. David went above and beyond and was absolutely incredible! So glad for his help!!!

I’ve never been treated more rudely at any counter. I was accosted by David as interrogated me on the content of my package in front of another customer who promptly left. I will not be returning to this location and and can only assume that he keeps his position. Clearly management must not know of his behavior. Very upsetting experience.

Not recommended...took an expensive item to be packed and shipped; employee was extremely rude and screamed at me for taking a photo of my own item! Then, I was later told that they are "not responsible" for anything that FedEx does with the package. Advice; pack a box yourself and take it to FedEx on Summit Road and I-75 instead!

The young lady with really long hair was soo kind she helped me print out my school paper. They changed the printing system from what I remember. She gave me trips on how to make my print job easier. She really brighten up my day after going to another Fedex location and not getting any help. Good job blue ash for having great employees, especially that young lady.

I had a tricky shipment, that two people at the national customer service number told me Fedex could handle. The store employee had trouble, and when I asked her to call the head office, she refused and told me I could call. So I dialed the number on my phone, and when I held it out to her, she said she wasn't going to touch my phone. Then she just walked away like she was done trying to help. Someone else eventually stepped in but was equally unhelpful and even ruder.I went to UPS around the corner and they took care of it in 5 minutes.
