Great place in a convenient location. I was given a time to be there for a estimate, and they were ready to go when I got there. Estimate took less than 30 minutes, and it was a good price.

My new truck was rear ended. Tyler handled the estimate quickly and easily. He did all communication with the offender’s insurance. Judy made the paperwork quick and easy. Back to a perfect bumper!

perhaps the worst car repair experience I've had. Repair completed ok, but due to issues they had with an insurance payment, now threaten to send $416 to collections despite my best efforts to resolve with my insurance carrier, Safeco. Avoid this place if you can.

I had an appointment of 10am, I showed up 15 minutes early and as of now still have not been helped. When asked how much long I should be expecting to wait, I was told I don’t know and got a shoulder roll. This place does not value the customers time. After working 3rd shift I would just appreciate if you ran on time to your appointments.UPDATE.Yes he has left me a voicemail and a email. I have responded to his email, but all he has asked for, is for me to bring my vehicle back in and he would handle the claim personally. While I can appreciate that, I have all ready wasted time here and don’t feel the solution is for me to bring my vehicle back in, and award your company with a financial gain for the first poor customer service experience.

Gerber Collision and Glass in Blue Ash, Ohio is wonderful. The customer service I received was excellent from the 2 wonderful ladies working the phones, to Shawn who gave me my estimate. He was professional and courteous and I was surprised when he called in 2 1/2 days to tell me my CRV was ready. The guys did a fantastic job fixing my big dent that caused quite a bit of damage. My car was here for 5 months due to an air bag shortage. Shawn from Gerber Collision contacted me at least twice a week with updates on my car. Everyone there was very nice & respectful — especially in such a frustrating situation due to the shortage. I would highly recommend them!

Gerber had my car for a week and the communication was amazing. My car needed the front end and hood replaced. My car looks better than when i bought it if you ask me. Tyler Rawe was amazing with his communication. He updated me every step of the way. It was amazing, he never gave me time to stress about how things were going because he was on top of it. Thank you Gerber, Blue Ash for your excellent & professional service on my car. I don’t typically write reviews, but this time was an exception. Gerber in Blue Ash did an outstanding job repairing my car in ½ the time scheduled. They connected with my insurance & rental car agency plus communicated daily on progress. Body work completed was excellent, even little door nicks were addressed & yes, my car was squeaky clean, both inside & outside! WOW! My car was T-boned several weeks ago and I had significant damage to the entire driver side of my Buick Enclave. The coordination of services through Michelle, my customer rep from Safeco, Norwood Enterprise car rental, and Judy and Len Gordon, from Gerber Collision and Glass, made my entire experience palpable and less formidable.Len kept me up to date on all the work as it progressed and was very accommodating in helping to include extra work I needed done at a very reasonable price. DO NOT RECOMMENDAbsolutely Unprofessional ServiceThey wasted us a month.They miscommunicated internally that a part needed for our vehicle repair was not delivered, and we were turned around when we came at a scheduled time to drop off our vehicle. Nobody bothered to check on that and follow up with us ahead of time. Nevertheless, the part was actually delivered, but nobody bothered for more than a week to check on that although they promised to inform us immediately and arrange vehicle drop off without pushing us back to the end of the line.The administrative staff at the shop doesn’t seem to bother to pay attention when the customer comes in, and on top of that, they are pretty rude and lack any rationale for messing things up beyond “sorry.”
