Terrible experience. showed up 90 minutes early. Broke my elliptical and tried to blame it on me. Charged me for mattress pads that they did not use. Consistently mean mugged me, because I kept out working them. Additionally, all the movers were high upon get it to my local first location, and they smelled even worse on the way to the second location. The only thing that went well was that they got most of my stuff to the second location. However the truck wasn't full and they should've been able to get the rest of the stuff too.

Our team was wonderful; they knocked out the job in record time, saving us money and making us future repeat customers.

Horrible experience with this company. They damaged every piece of wooden furniture they touched, shattered our glass TV stand, and have failed to repair or refund anything 5 months later, despite us going through the steps they told us we’re required to file through their insurance. We moved in May. The first issue was they double booked us, so they sent movers who showed up 3 hours late the next day. Then, the truck broke down with our furniture inside, so they towed the truck (along with our furniture inside) and 7 hours later, finally showed up to move our stuff in. Our furniture was not wrapped (though the website says that all will be wrapped), and every single piece of wooden furniture moved was damaged. They also dropped our glass TV stand and shattered it. It is now September and they STILL have not repaired or refunded anything. In fact, we were told by the manager they “could not take a loss” and that we “already received a discount because of the Groupon.” We have messaged and called countless times and every time we get passed along to someone who “doesn’t come into work until later” or are told someone will return our call and they never have. The latest is the manager himself scheduled two different repair appointments to come examine our broken furniture, and he failed to show up BOTH times. When we called the company, we were told another manager would be calling to remediate the situation, and he never called. I would never recommend this company.

Would highly recommend them!! Talk about punctual! Said they'd be here at 9:00 and arrived at least 10 minutes early...very respectful of our belongings and very, very efficient! Jason oversaw everything and he worked his butt off right along with Pat and Mike!!

This was by far the WORST MOVERS I ever had in my life , they were careless enough to damage what used to be a very beautiful and expensive cabinet. They refused to reimburse for the damages even though they advertise that they were insured, I highly recommend NOT to use them at all.

Absolutely awful experience. Used the Groupon and I regret not reading these reviews first. They no showed on me two days in a row and never called, we had to reach out for them to tell us they couldn't come. Arrived about 5 hours late on the actual moving day. Unprepared, had no equipment and didn't protect my furniture at ALL, now of course I'm going through the claims process which I'm sure won't come close to covering my brand new couch, bed and coffee table SIGNIFICANTLY damaged (about 40 days in now). Offered a discount due to poor service and I haven't received it yet. I checked in with claims at 45 days from the move and they had never seen the original claim submission and are just starting the process now. Promised call backs that don't come. They even broke the light in the elevator and just left without saying anything. Legitimately the most poorly executed service I have received in recent memory and wildly unprofessional.

I have used this company three times. The second time they were great! Professional, efficient, experienced and were great at problem solving. The third and final time it was clear as soon as the movers arrived it was a mistake. They were unprepared, unprofessional, would not listen to my advice for how to move some furniture that was learned from the previous move and took their time with the moving process. I called the company to file a complaint and ask for an hours worth back and was put in contact with the Cincinnati manager who agreed with me and felt the request was reasonable. Fast forward three weeks to finally getting back in touch with him to find out he moved and would put me in contact with the new local manager who never called. I called the company again to be connected with a disrespectful man who would not let me finish a sentence, laughed at me and said the price was fair and we would have done the same (unprofessional, inefficient) job. DO NOT USE.

AWFUL IN DAYTON. Spoke with Carrie. Rude as hell!!! I have not even used this funky service. I only called to ask a few questions regarding their operation not pricing. They do NOT deserve the 1 star rating, I had to click at least 1 star in order to post this review. RUDE AS HELL!!! I am retired military trying to help over 100 military families relocate and get situated. We will NOT be using this company!!!!

I got the Groupon like everyone else. Booked for Sunday and they no-call, no-showed. After the reschedule, my movers acted completely unprofessionally, asking for a fat tip if he could get me a discount for the inconvenience. No moving straps, complained about the weight of my (3 piece) furniture. A lot of hidden fees. No apologies from anyone.

Would give less stars if physically possible. I would not let these folks move my worst enemy so here is your warning for what it's worth. It's been a year but I'm finally ready to put it into words. Last year we were set to move into our brand new home. It's a time of craziness and anticipation and excitement. My wife found a Groupon for this company and money was tight after paying closing costs so this seemed perfect. When we set up the move appointment, they encouraged to make a cash payment as additional fees would apply to use credit. Fine. Day of the move they called us 10 minutes before they were supposed to be there to say they would be running 3 HOURS behind! Of course this really messed up moving day plans when you have family and other help offering to help you get moved and unpack etc. When we asked for a discount on the price they said they couldn't do that, but would send extra help for no additional charge. Not ideal, but ok. When they got there they asked if we wanted the regular free insurance or the premium which cost more money. We already had the exact cash quoted and were not told of any other options prior so we took the standard free insurance. These guys must be bonded and insured, right? A few days later I got around to setting up the downstairs tv, a Vizio 68" tv I had just bought a few weeks prior for $1200. When I plugged it in it was just stripes of red and a lit up cracked pattern within the screen. When we called to file an insurance claim they wanted to come see the damage. We arranged a time and the guy never showed up. When we called him he then explained that or free insurance only would cover reimbursement of like 30 cents per pound which would be like $30-50! He then claimed there was no way they could have damaged the tv because he "wrapped it up like a baby." We fought with them for weeks until we were exhausted and gave up. We would call the Corp. Office in Indiana and they would blow off or concerns. We finally just asked to get the per lb. payment to recoup something. Guess what? That check never showed. Look at any other site reviews of this company and you'll see similar stories over and over. I cannot believe they are still in business, let alone have no reviews prior to mine on Yelp. If you value any of your belongings, my personal opinion is they cannot be trusted. I wouldn't let these guys even move a cat turd.

Got the Groupon like everyone else did. Look, if we could do it again we'd pay a little more for a more organized company. This company is made of regional teams and the region closest to us (Cinci) had a few personnel things going on the morning of our move so we had to wait on their Louisville guy instead, so they were way late, which wasn't his fault - he was filling in on the spot. That man is the ONLY reason we're satisfied. He was exceptional and made what could've been a very frustrating situation much more tolerable. I would only use this company again if the manager from Louisville is on the job. If you're going through with this, request him, pay him. The move itself was fine.
