Welcoming place. In my experience everyone here is very helpful and friendly. One of the higher ups here makes sure to say hi and speak with me almost every time we've been in the same vicinity. And that really means a lot and makes a big difference. Atmosphere is not tense at all and helps the day go by a bit easier.
