Terrible service. Ordered lunch for myself and 12 other employees from the deli, catering with over 24 hours notice. Received a confirmation via email. When my guy arrived to pick up the order he was told "Sorry, guess my manager didn't see it. We don't have it." Unacceptable. Perhaps they should look for a competent manager that see orders and fulfills them.

Not coming back until you fix the AC. You can afford it with what you charge for groceries.

An unbelievably sub par Kroger. This place is an absolute joke. 2 hours away from close and they’ve already shut down all but 3 checkout lanes. We have 2 different lines backing up down the aisles and about 12 checkout and self checkout lanes closed for 0 reason except management being too cheap to employ workers. Avoid this place at all costs, you’ll spend 20 minutes waiting in line to buy 2 things.

I just had the chance to work with Steven in the floral department of the Cincinnati store on Hunt Road. He was professional, prompt, creative and seemed to genuinely like his job. Excellent experience!!

I don't have issues with the quality of food or the selection. My issue lies with the lack of employees working at a register at certain times of the day. I work nights, so I typically shop right when the store opens or a couple hours before closing time. The issue with this, is that there are NEVER any registers open. Just a couple self-checkout lanes at these times. From what I see, is that this Kroger hires young teens/adults or those with disabilities to work the checkout lines during the day which is fine and awesome of them for providing those opportunities but then refuse to pay to have people work the checkout lanes at the early morning or late evening hours. This leads to HUGE lines and wait times due to people that have to scan full carts of groceries and then also take the time to bag their own groceries after scanning. Not to mention the self-checkout scanners can be a real pain in the rear and hold up the lines even more when issues arise. This location needs to do better and to at least have 1 person working a register at store open and a couple hours before closing time. You can see that someone recently left a review stating this same issue with pictures of the lines to show for it.

Shop here if you want to pay premium prices AND have the opportunity to scan and bag your own groceries. Every time I shop here they have at most two check out lanes open, and they are directing customers to the self checkout. Self checkout is completely fine when you have a few items but when you have an entire cart of groceries it is so incredibly frustrating and tedious to deal with the self checkout. And if you have young children with you, you might as well forget it. I understand self checkout at a discount grocery but not at a grocery store charging top dollar for groceries.

To say this is the worst Kroger is an understatement. The deli is NEVER open, even during the hours where stated that they are open they are not. They have 1 person behind the counter, but they always say they can’t run the delis with just 1. Well how about at least fill the grab and go? The fruit is always moldy and they never have anything I need on the shelves and when I ask it always comes with an eye roll and complaints that they are understaffed. If you are so understaffed close. I will not be back which sucks because I live in Blue Ash.

They have decided they are the only grocery store. Prices have become ridiculous. Walmart has much better prices for the same thing, also better selection. Recently a can of Kroger brand chicken was $6.99 when you could but the name brand elsewhere for $2.99. I have filed a complaint with the Ohio attorney generals office.. I would love to see every Kroger store shut down. Will never shop there again.

Your Starbucks refused to make me a drink saying it was to closing (6:45pm) and the Frappuccino requested was too hard to clean up. My groceries came to over $400 and my husband and I had to bag them ourselves at about the same time at full service cashier. Perhaps you need more staff at that hour to accommodate your customers.
