“This laundromat is the cleanest around. They are always cleaning, deep cleaning! They have drop off service, dry cleaning, self service laundry, car wash and vacuums outside. The employees are so nice, they will always help. The owner is always there and helping customers and cleaning also. There is also a maintenance guy who keeps all items running and cleans the parking lot...spotless! The customers trash it in the overnight but this crew busts it out in the morning, I've witnessed them cleaning it up. Top tier laundry!”

“This place must be popular. The doors here open at 8 in the morning, and there was a group of people waiting to get their laundry going. I would say the washers and dryers look in good shape. None of them looked old. The washers will be in the center, and the dryers will be towards the wall. There is payment in a card that isn't your credit card, or you can pay with quarters. If you don't have any quarters, they do have a machine that will help you get coins. If you don't have any cash on you. Worry not as they have an ATM inside. There's also an ATM outside, not that far. I ended up paying just under $10 for the washing machine, and the dryer was a quarter for 7 minutes.”

“I've been here twice now and had a very pleasant experience. Who knew laundry could be so relaxing and convenient? I absolutely love that it's open 24 hours and the machines I've used do a great job, in a fraction of the time my home machine takes. I was super backed up on laundry, and I'm almost caught up...for now. I'll definitely be back!”

“Clean most of the time. The right side of the Laundromat dryers works better than the left side. I don't use the washing machines. The carts to carry your laundry in kind of sucks without the railings to hold on to. You have to bend your back and it's uncomfortable. Also, I haven't found a time yet that works with it not being crowded.”

“The lady at the Blue Ash Cincinnati store who works on weekends is very friendly and professional. I’ve used their services 5 times thus far for wash and fold and my items are always very clean , neatly folded and smells so fresh. The turn around time has always been for the next day . They have good coupons on the app and the lady applied a 25 % of coupon on my first visit and told me to use the app for deals without me even knowing or asking about discounts and coupons”
