“I have had an incredible experience since moving to Tide Cleaners last year. They are prompt, professional, clean, and they make it easy. Clothes are clean, they don’t get lost, they are always on time, and the people are incredible. Kelly went above and beyond for my family last week when we were in a pinch. (With a close friend passing, we weren’t thinking about how our clothes were sitting in a dirty hamper, until the services were scheduled and we needed them.) I will never be able to express how much gratitude I have for her, and how she went out of her way to help us. It was more than superior customer service, it was compassion. Thank you for making all the difference. You have a customer for life.”

“Tried this cleaner based on other Google reviews. I have to agree that TJs has a friendly and helpful staff. Dropped off several blazers and they were ready to pick up the following day. Price was reasonable especially for such quick service. Located along US42 near old Mason, post office. Don't drive too fast or you will miss it.”

“Nice and clean facility with plenty of room for folding. Limited number of the large machines though, so if you need one of those you might need to wait. I did not see an add on of a pre rinse selection prior to adding your clothes and running your cycle which made me a little worried. I like that feature a lot at another laundromat. They have several ways to pay which makes it easy on the customer. There are seating areas, a few TVs and an area for young kids with books and a toys.”

“Excellent car wash. I used one of the self service bays and it had enough space to fit and wash my Ram 2500 with the 8 foot bed. The water pressure was great and the machine did every function that I selected. Note: The change machine does not accept $20 bills so bring 5s and 1s.”

“A little confusing on using QR codes but also a benefit when you migjt be short on quarters, Plus the arguing duo was blocking the change machine. More seating would be nice. Dryers work well. The couple fighting inside and then outside made for an interesting day, washing my oversized comforter was less boring.”
