This was my first time here, I got gel nails and I informed the older guy that I had acrylic nails on. He removed my acrylic nails with another acrylic fake nail. He ripped my acrylic nails off and it hurt greatly. When he was also clipping my nails he clipped a part of my thumb and it bled as he was filing my thumb. I saw the blood in the nail file. My natural nails were ripped off with my acrylic nails. I don’t recommend this place.

Passion Nails in Blue Ash has been my go to nail salon for years while living in the area. I have had good pedicures from the staff but I mostly went for my nails. I always went to Diane and she does a fantastic job! Since I have moved and going to a new salon, the nail tech looked at my nails and was impressed! He asked who did my nails last and said they did a great job! Diane, I hope you read this one day and know that you are an amazing and talented nail tech!

I went for the first time today And had the best pedicure I’ve had in years from Anthony! I recommend the Deluxe! Well worth it! Thanks again Anthony! I will be back !

I booked the deluxe pedicure with two friends and they instead rushed us all through a standard pedicure. Myself and my two friends all had to choose colors multiple times because they were out of all of our first choices. My friend’s toenails were actually trimmed and filed crooked and uneven. Two stars because the staff was friendly, but the level of service, attention to detail, and organization was seriously lacking.

Best nail salon I’ve been to! I had Jenny a few weeks ago and she is amazing. I went back recently and got SNS and I somehow chipped a nail two days later so I went to get it fixed but didn’t realize they were closing in 5 minutes so I was going to leave but Jenny and one other nail tech were there and they told me they would take care of it. Very good customer service :) thank you guys

I’m leaving a one star review because I did not receive the services that I paid for. And when I questioned the services, I was told that I was wrong. For fear of not looking like a Karen, I paid and won’t be back.

I went here for my very first pedicure. I chose the standard pedicure with no add ons for 2 reasons - the price and just to see what it entailed. As far as the experience goes, I don’t have anything to compare it to, but the technician seemed to be very good and thorough - good enough that I will be booking more pedicures and trying some of the add ons. She was friendly and I liked that she didn’t talk much so I could just relax enjoy the experience.
The sanitary conditions were great - they use disposable one-use liners in the foot tub, some one-use disposable tools, and the tools that weren’t disposable are only used once and sanitized afterwards.
The atmosphere was relaxing and comfortable. I LOVED the vibrating, massaging chair - I found myself so relaxed that I could have dozed off to sleep!
My experience as a whole was great. The only thing I didn’t like was that when I first walked in, having never been there before, it wasn’t obvious that you check yourself in on the tablet that’s there, and no one greeted me to let me know what to do. Other than that, I have no complaints. I will be patronizing Passion Nails Spa again, and I highly recommend it.
