I am so glad that I found the Pet Supplies Plus In Huntington Beach. They are the only Pet store that has the treats my kitties like in bulk quantity. Every team member that has acknowledged me when visit the store and has helped me when needed.

Store is clean, bright and welcoming. Love the way it is organized and very easy to find what you need. Staff is friendly and prices are competitive..only gave 4 stars because I wish there was one closer to me!

The workers went above and beyond to take care of us and my friend's elderly cocker spaniel. They helped us with the dog wash, finding the right food, toys, treats, and even found my friend a chair to sit on. Consider getting a dirty dog discount card to save on dog washes. Plenty of parking and an awesome clearance section.

Good selection for cats and dogs. A bit pricey but they have budget options for most things. Staff is friendly and always eager to assist. They'll help you carry things to your car if needed.

No towels in the pet wash. Had to call the manager who was unsympathetic until I guess he thought about it and brought me a damp musty towel like that was ok. I drove 30 mins to this store passing one 5 mins from my home. Guess where we going next time it's bath time.

Great prices with membership! Well stocked, friendly and clean store. Service was exceptional! It was worth it to spend 15 minutes to walk in and make my purchase. Took me less time and was a more pleasurable interaction than shopping online. And bonus, I didn't have to wait for delivery!
