How has UPS not closed this location? The reviews speak for themselves if I'm being honest. Seriously? ""I believe you're the Asian dude"? Did you actually post that for the public to see? I'm not sure what that has to do with anything, or the fact that you asked that poor man if he could pay your electric bill for propping the door open to carry boxes inside for two minutes tops. Maybe if you weren't so abhorrent then you'd be capable of bringing in enough revenue to cover your $700 dollar electric bill? though you shouldn't talk to any of your customers with that kind of condescension, but you seem to think that mentioning the irrelevant detail that he's an "Asian dude" is somehow going to reflect less poorly on your incompetence as a store owner, so it's clear you're intellectually malnourished and beyond any civil kind of interaction with people that aren't white. I have dropped off packages multiple times a week for the last 5+ years. For me, it is huge that the owner works with the UPS driver to not leave the store before 5 pm. At a lot of UPS stores there is no consistency as to what time packages are picked up daily. I know if I get there before 5 pm that my package will go out the same day. Thank you for your great work and taking care hundreds (maybe thousands) of my packages over the years!!!

Very rude customer service. I do not feel comfortable to drop off my packages anymore. The guy behind the counter must hate his job. He asked me to not open the door because he paid $700 a month on heat and said he is the owner of the UPS store. He asked me how much I could afford to buy it from him. Can UPS train your employee to be professional?

Stopped in to drop off a package, it was already packed and ready to go so the man working there said just drop it on the counter. I let him know I would like a receipt so I could track it as it was something I was sending back to Verizon. He looked annoyed by my request but went ahead and printed it for me. He hands me the receipt takes the box and proceeds to toss it into a pile. Now it was packaged properly but it contained a cell phone that was being sent back, so I found that careless and honestly rude given his whole attitude. I was still pleasant because I try to give people the benefit of the doubt, so I said thanks and have a good night, no response and he just walked away. I would not visit this location again based on this experience. There are several other locations nearby and the employees are always friendly and helpful. I never thought I would feel compelled to write e review for a UPS Store but they should be aware of terrible customer service.

This store doesn’t deserve one star even. The older man employee or manager with the glasses is the rudest person I met. He is misleading and misbehaving in every way possible. And I am glad that I am not the only one here who felt that way after reading so many same reviews about him. He is rude, misbehaving, crazy and psychopath old man.

If you read through all reviews, I think we can all agree that the old male employee/manager there is exceptionally rude. He was rude before. But starting this year, his rudeness gets to a new level. I have never seen anybody doing customer service to be so unproffessional to the customers. If it is not a convenient location, I would never go there for sure.

Reposting since my review has disappeared somehow-Whatever you do- Don't go to this UPS. There's one 5 minutes away on Montgomery RD that has amazing customer service and is helping me report this store due to their very poor customer service and experience that happened today, 2/14/23.Gretchen(the supervisor) is beyond rude, condescending, and clearly had a rough morning and decided to take it out on a customer that visits this store at least 2x/ week (usually 3-4 times) I have our entire encounter on video. The owner of this UPS chased me out of the store yelling obscenities when I asked for an apology from his employee. He got in my face- chased me out the store- AND when I was in my car already, proceeded to come out of the store and continue to yell and berate me. (He's easily 50+ year oldMale) I was terrified for my safety as he chased me out- I have it all recorded and am currently working with UPS to rectify this matter. Even tho you are an Independent owner, "Jacob" (if that's your real name) you still have a contract to follow for operating under UPS' name.

The guy that owns this store has always been a bit of a j*** but closing early while someone has their hands full takes the cake. I thought he was coming to open the door bc the sun is glaring so badly into the store that it’s hard to see but NO! He rudely came to close his gates. Just wow! And to be clear I was more than 10min before closing and would have been done before 6.

I hope this review finds you well. I wanted to share my recent experience at your store, specifically related to returning Amazon packages. Unfortunately, it was a frustrating and time-consuming encounter.During my visit, I encountered a foreign older male employee who initially refused to accept my return. He insisted that the packages needed additional packaging, even though the items were already in the boxes I received from Amazon. This was perplexing and inconvenient, but I complied nonetheless.To my surprise, the same employee later informed me that he could accept the packages but would need to charge me for the service. This left me feeling quite frustrated, as it seemed inconsistent with Amazon’s usual hassle-free return process.In response to this situation, I decided to visit the Sharonville location on Canal. There, a representative promptly accepted my packages without any issues. When I inquired if there was something wrong with the packaging, I was told that everything was fine, and my Amazon return was processed smoothly.I must express my disappointment with the initial store’s handling of the situation, which not only wasted my time but also cost me additional gas for the extra trip. The contrasting experience at the Sharonville location further highlights the inconsistency and inconvenience I faced.I believe that efficient and customer-friendly service is essential for retaining trust and satisfaction among customers. Returned my spectrum equipment recently. I was unaware that the worker was going to have to scan the equipment. There was dust on it, but the equipment is so old, it’s going to be trashed. The worker asked me “is this actually yours” “you know people actually have to touch this”I wish I had a job that I could say exactly what was on my mind….so unprofessional and rude. I even asked her if she would like me to close to box to avoid touching equipment again. Maybe gloves should be offered to employees in the future. I will happilydrive to kenwood in the future to avoid this cranky employee.

Do not go here! I don't even want to give this store or this company as a whole 1 star. The women at the store was so rude she wouldn't listen to anything I said told me I was wrong at every turn when I had all the proof in front of me. She laughed in my face and told me that "I messed up". Then she tried to charge me when OCA said they shouldn't charge me for anything. So I tried to call customer service to file a complaint and set up a pick up date and no one cared how rude people in their company are and i sat on hold for over 20 minutes to get a pick up date then the called ended as if someone hung up on me. UPS get your stores and company together. No one has anything nice to say about this location.

Very terrible experience! We had a shipment with ups sent to the ups store, which we were told would be free and easy to pick up. The manager called and said that it was going to be a $95 charge and if we didn’t pick it up in the next few hours it would be another $95 for storage fees and literally held our shipment hostage. While we were there he yelled at us, he yelled at his employees and physically pushed his employee out of his way, he yelled at the UPS customer service on the phone. I would never go back and no one else should either. He over charges, makes up charges and is verbally and physically abusive. We called ups corporate and they said they have not heard of these fees, it is supposed to be a free service as stated on their website.

I am not usually one to write bad reviews. The owner/manager of this location is the rudest person I have ever met. I was in there today and he was extremely rude to the customer he was helping and to his other employee. I am a manager and I would have never treated any employee that way. He is mean and rude person.He also shuts down early and looks at you like you're an idiot and inconvenience. The first time this happened I got to the store at 6:15. I even checked my phone for the time because I felt horrible if I had the wrong time. He was at the front door locking it and rolled his eyes at me and huffed a bit. I apologized because I knew he was closing in 15 minutes. He did it again 3 more times to where the door was already locked or he was locking it as 'I showed up. If he doesn't want to stay open past 6 then change your damn hours. I will never step foot back in there.

WORST STORE AND WORST MANAGER!! If I could give this store negative stars, I would have done that. I orders shoes from NOBULL and they gave an option to deliver at the local UPS store, once those were delivered, the store manager called me and asked additional $20 to give me the those shoes. I have never heard that store can charge customers, I would have gladly paid $10 shipping to deliver them at my home. On top of that, he said he is going to return my shoes if I don't pay $20 and he did that instead of waiting till evening. What a lousy service and bad attitude!!! Shame on this store and UPS!!
