Recruiters were fantastic! They matched me with a position that perfectly suited my skills and interests. Although there were a few minor hiccups (related to the client side), my recruiter kept me informed throughout the process, ensuring that my first day and beyond were smooth and enjoyable. My recruiter, Hannah, was awesome. Everyone I worked with at Vaco was wonderful! I felt like an employee as I had never been a contractor before. Hannah would check in and keep me updated on any changes. I would contract with Vaco again if needed.

I'm new at Vaco and the experience has from one job to another has been flawless. They and my employer have been very accommodating when it comes to personal care appointments. The job is a good fit. The staff is really nice and patient. I would highly recommend Vaco for job placement.

I have nothing but positive words to say about Vaco specifically with my experience with Katie McCarty. I moved from another state wanting to stay in a Management role. It was very hard trying to find a role and pay that fit my desires. I started working with Katie in November 2023 and she stated she would assist in finding me a role in my desired field. I have to be honest I didn’t believe her at first due to Recruiters typically give you the run around and just try to place you anywhere to fill the spot. Katie never approached me with jobs at shameful salary although the roles weren’t in management, she was trying her best even after I turned the positions down. After months Katie found the desired position with my salary requirements and its direct hire. When I say since accepting this offer Katie has went over and beyond to make sure my journey is successful positive and most of all making sure I am happy… Katie rocks!!! I will be the first to say I have never been pro Recruiting Companies but Vaco.. stellar service.
