Probably one of the worst pharmacies I have ever been to. Don't expect any medication to be ready on time, or any communication. I can't tell you how many times we have gone there only to find a medication isn't ready until next day. It is ridiculous, if I have a nickel for every time they say "give us another 20 minutes" Id be rich! I've had to have meds transferred to other Walgreens pharmacies just to be able to get my prescription. Do yourself a favor and don't waste time at this pharmacy!

I'm a nanny and was picking up a script at a competitor across the street. They didn't have any flavoring for the meds so I came here and they helped me and were so friendly even though they were super busy! Also, the store had everything else on my list for the kiddo that the other place didn't. I should have just come to Walgreens first! Thanks!!!

Fantastic store. Extremely well run and organized. Always has a calming atmosphere and I'm aways able to get what I need quickly and easily. Very friendly staff, I high recommend this walgreens

This pharmacy has gone way downhill since Jerry left. I have several medications that need to be filled on a monthly basis and EVERY single time , there's a problem. There's a delay. I have come to the point where I call in my prescription several days ahead but still have issues getting meds on time. I joined the "express" program/ text notifications...so I get a heads up text that I will be running out of one of my prescriptions in 5 days' time. I reply "refill" and then I get a message that there's a delay b/c of an insurance issue. Then there's a delay b/c it's out of stock. Then....crickets...I call the pharmacy. They are waiting for a shipment of the prescription and it will arrive in 3 days. I am so so frustrated that I am going to take all my prescriptions elsewhere. SO INCOMPETENT!!

Machine failed after 2x and 1.5 hours of loading pictures. Was offered no reprieve for my wasted time and energy with the faulty machine. Won't use it again

So many times we only hear about bad service, I want to give a shout out to Phyllis at the Walgreens in Blue Ash. She is always very helpful and has a smile on her face. If she is working I am always greeted and made to feel welcome. My 17 year old son recently went into the store and came home talking about the service he received. Thank you Phyllis your service is appreciated and noticed.
