Multiple months in row they have messed up our prescriptions and refused to fill all the prescriptions as the doctor ordered. I called to ask if a note could put in to fill them as written and all of the prescriptions. The response was well you have to request them to be filled which I already had. To which the response was well I don't know what happened. To which I responded this is the 2nd month in a row this has happened. To which the response was well I'll go ahead and fill it now. Meaning I have to make a separate trip to the pharmacy which is 50 minutes away from my house because they refuse to fill the prescriptions as the doctor wrote them and want to pick and choose which prescriptions they will fill. Rediculous.

The staff at Kenwood location Walgreens lack basic courtesy and professionalism. Their indifference towards customers is so visible. It's disheartening when employees fail to recognize the importance of providing a positive customer service experience.

Every time I go here for a scheduled vaccine, it takes them at least 45 minutes to actually do it. The person giving the shots will prioritize other work over a person sitting and waiting for them out in the lobby. Making a note to never come back here…

I needed photos printed from my phone so I came to the Walgreens Photo Center. Aaron, who works in the photo center was fantastic! I haven't had this level of customer service in a long time. He was helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. As a staff member, I observed him offering to help the front register staff member in addition to his own duties. He is flexible, helpful, courteous and has the ability to multitask.Stellar employee!!

One of the worst pharmacies one could ever go to. Do yourself a favor and do NOT have a prescription filled here. They never have it ready when it’s time to pick up, they are rude and very unhelpful. Don’t count on them to be there to help you at all. No communication what so ever and act as if you are a bother. You can expect to sit in the drive thru well over 30 minutes if you try that route. Fed up!

Probably one of the worst pharmacies I have ever been to. Don't expect any medication to be ready on time, or any communication. I can't tell you how many times we have gone there only to find a medication isn't ready until next day. It is ridiculous, if I have a nickel for every time they say "give us another 20 minutes" Id be rich! I've had to have meds transferred to other Walgreens pharmacies just to be able to get my prescription. Do yourself a favor and don't waste time at this pharmacy!

The staff in this location needs to be trained better for customer service. Everyone is so cold and unfriendly. It’s the same cashier every day (old lady with reading glasses on). I came in to purchase a stuff animal that was on sale. This other staff who was restocking the items even confirmed that it was on sale but it rang up a different price at check out and the old lady said that it’s not on sale. I didn’t fuss about it but she then told me that it’s after the holidays that I should be purchasing the items. Makes no sense? Then why would you tag the sale price on the item. Didn’t even bother to check. Anyway, please do better.

I’ve really struggled with COVID testing/vaccines at this location. This is the second time my appointment has gotten messed up. I always seem to have issues with the Walgreens online scheduling. In both instances when I showed up to the store (once for a vaccine, once for a Covid test) in the amount of time they spent explaining why they couldn’t see me for the vaccine/do the test, they could’ve already done it. It seems like they just don’t want to be bothered by it. The lack of compassion is frustrating when you are sick and have kids in tow.

Vary rude unfriendly , not helpful, up front cashier wanted to know my points on my card, had to buy something to find out, prices are hidden on reading glasses too vary loud person ,you know who I mean

I know that there is a shortage of pharmacists but why do you allow a person to make an appt for 7:20 then close shop at 6:00???? I have been run around by this store for the last time. I was in 2 stores w/open pharmacies but they wouldn't give me a shot on a walk-in basis as listed on their website. I had to fill out their "myWalgreens" membership then make an appt for which they closed. 1 Star.

Pretty much standard as far as Walgreens service goes. It is simply an ok store.
