“I walked into this branch at 4:30 the other night, with alot of questions. None of the girls made me feel like I inconvenienced them. Tracy & Jennifer got stuck after hours helping me. Jennifer fixed a problem that another office created & told me can't be reversed. She called to let me know she submitted the paperwork & called again to let us know it was resolved and what the next steps were. I will travel the extra miles to visit this branch compared to any of the other ones. I was seriously considering pulling my accounts before finding them.”
