Having worked in retail for many years, I am very impressed with the store. Clean, friendly people, good selection. I don't think people realize that there's more to do than wait on customers so the self checkout is a big help!

Garbage. Half the pumps were out of order and it literally takes 20 mins to put 5 gallons into your car. Take your business elsewhere. There’s a shell nearby, go there instead.

I always shop at Circle K in Lima Bluffton because I worked In Macomb, Ohio so I’m frequently there and for some reason, the store is closed when I get off work all the time there’s never no hot food during the day when I when I make it it a left around like 12 something in the afternoon Why isn’t it the first time several times there hasn’t been any food available not even One hotdog nothing why even have a hot bar when there’s not even food available and they been closed a lot even when it’s early night I don’t know if the owner knows this or not, but he’s losing a lot of money

Funny there is a price for the easy pay on your sigh but mark refuses to load the pre paid card for months now. This is false advertising!

Heavyset balding guy is rude. Big sign says "apply for Circle K membership card for $.10 off/gal...
my old card didn't work, asked for new card and rudely was told there weren't any, was also rudely told couldn't purchase alcohol purchase on Sunday& there was a sign of a list. Said I didn't see it & proceeded to return the alcohol to cooler. Upon replacing it in exact same spot I noticed there was NO sign mentioning anything about alcohol restrictions on that door, or the next door, but there WAS a list in small print of certain restricted beverages on Sundays on the door of the walk-in cooler. Upon passing the cashier I mentioned that I didn't use the walk-in & if even that small print list was actually ON THE DOOR I opened to pick out my choice I wouldn't have made that choice. He told me that I WAS RUDE!??? Worst Circle K convenient store ever been in.

After today
I would not go there if my life depended on it
if the bigger bald guy is working, he is rude. He charged my credit card twice for my gas. I will never go back there again and I think you really need to evaluate your employees.

This location is right off of I-75. According to the signs on their door today, they have no public restrooms. Terrible management and planning for a gas station near an interstate. So I spent my money at Shell across the street.
