The bank app is crappy,not very reliable. It's constantly locking me out of my account and I have to keep calling to have it unlocked. Seriously thinking of banking else where. 2x this week locked out and I'm not very happy about it.

I love transferring money by Zelle. My son, Aaron, is in the military. I was able to transfer money in minutes to him in Japan and now Oahu. Thank you Citizens National Bank for this service!

I have several rental properties and loans with a few banks. Citizens National Bank has one of my loans and they are the most difficult to deal with, they are not able to set up auto pay because I do not have an account with them and a payment was made that was $14 short because of a fee and my credit was hit with a 30 day late even though the mortgage payment was made. I was told that the 30 day late would be removed but now I cannot get a returned call or email from Lori Painter who said she would take care of it. Choose another bank that will get you better rates and that will value as a customer.

Okay bank. Most transactions requiring help seem to take extremely long time. People are very nice and helpful though.
