Need to have a human option for phone calls. I have elderly patients I'm trying to get prescriptions for and it is very frustrating that I can't talk to a pharmacist or pharm tech to get my questions answered. I spent 10 minutes answering automated questions only to have it tell me to call back later.

It takes forever to get your scripts. They need more people on the registers

I was extremely impressed with the one on one experience I received and surprised by the time they took to explain everything so I completely understood it.
