I bought the holiday steak package (bacon, filet mignon, NY strip, sirloin, and pork chops) and I am amazed so far by the taste and quality! I’m not a big pork chops fan but these were superb - tender and juicy and a big hit amongst the family. Also, the pizza dough is excellent as well. I highly recommend Dough Hook!
