*Attention*. If u order from this place I’m telling u now don’t pay for the express delivery. I paid the extra $30 for delivery and my item was supposed 2 be delivered within 2day and I didn’t get it until a week later. I emailed them 3 times and no response. I called all the phone #’s that they had listed online and all u get is a busy signal. I will never order from this website ever again. Now if u don’t care about getting your stuff a week later then ok but if u express order you are wasting your money and don’t think u gonna get a response from them.

Alex was very helpful and accommodating. I called when I was 2 hours away in Michigan and when I arrived I got my parts in 10 minutes as was described.

Only use this business as your last resort. Unprofessional, not knowledgeable regarding automotive vehicles, and extremely unorganized. The elderly lady working the desk was very rude, and nasty, and even worse to the customers that called in while we waited for our part to be pulled, because they have almost no idea what they are doing. She hung up on one person and acutally said "Well, probably going to get a bad google review now, but I don't care".....So, may your wish be my command. Boom!

Had to find a used rim for my wife’s civic a while back. Low profile tires. Not only did they make sure the rim was in good shape, they had it out and delivered the next day. Not to mention it was half the price of the quotes I received locally. Top notch service from a top notch company!

I've been in the auto industry for 35+ years. Connie is the rudest woman I have ever ran into. She should be fired, and should not be allowed to deal with costumers. She should not have a job in any professional industry. She CAN NOT control herself even though I was always polite and never raised my voice. The guys are great to deal with. I will deal with them next time although Connie told me to never call the business again.

Alex is excellent and bends over backwards to get his customers taken care of! I will definitely call him the next time I need a part for my own vehicle or a vehicle we have in the shop where I work!

Anytime I call OEM for parts, I deal strictly with Hunter. Hunter is one of the most on-top-of-it salespeople that I deal with, and I do business with dozens of recycling yards, and Hunter knows auto parts, especially diesel engines. This is also one of my favorite yards to do business with because they always send me immaculate parts at excellent prices. I recommend you call one of the best yards in the country, and talk to their best salesperson, Hunter!
