I enjoyed my experience at Spectrum Salon. Friendly, upbeat atmosphere. I saw Ella and she did a fantastic job on my hair. I received color and a haircut. She took her time and was very friendly.

Incompetent workers. Cut years of hair off when all that was asked of them was a few inches. Went from around 1.5 feet of hair to less than an inch, when what was asked was closer to 8-10 inches. Incapable of listening and would not recommend. They were provided pictures of what was wanted and just chopped it all off. I cannot believe how incompetent the stylists were and is infuriating that they call themselves professionals.
