The Guy working the counter was so great tonight! Really every time we’re in there he’s great! There are multiple customers that needed all different things. He got to each and every one of us in a very fast, timely manner! He was so sweet to the older gentleman that was there! He got me a new phone and set it up for me! All I had to do pretty much was log back in!

Brad is the real MVP of Verizon. I came in needing a new phone and left wondering why Verizon hasn’t given this guy a raise, a bonus, and maybe a throne behind the counter.
Not only did he hook me up with a new phone, but the man stayed open late to help me set it up—basically risking life, limb, and probably dinner just to make sure I wasn’t wandering the streets phoneless and confused.
He was patient, knowledgeable, and didn’t even flinch when he realized we would be transferring 14,000 blurry cat photos...
If you're going to Verizon, ask for Brad. If he's not working, wait outside like it’s Black Friday. Worth it.

I ordered a new phone online for my husband to pick up at the Victra store in Bluffton. It was supposed to be a one hour prep time and the phone was supposed to be in a pick up locker. However, when my husband went to the store three hours later, he had to wait in a long line to deal directly with a store clerk. My husband is a senior citizen and has trouble hearing, so he was confused when the store clerk started putting protective case parts on the phone without disclosing that these were nonrefundable and also did not disclose that price of the three piece totaled $158!!! I had already ordered him a perfectly useful case from Amazon for $18. The store clerk refused to take back the two most expensive parts because he said they were already on the phone (but he did refund the third part, which was also already on the phone). If this is the shady way they treat senior citizens with a disability, then absolutely nobody should be doing business here. Our next steps have been our bank, the BBB, and next will be the Attorney General.
