Very very bad service I talked to several people got my equipment delivered to the wrong address they did that twice sent it to the wrong address the third time I told them I wasn't waiting any longer because I'd waited for my internet equipment for over 2 weeks

I had them add a dual line to my cell phone. That way i could answer for both of my businesses without having two phones. If im on the phone it will ring busy and they cant leave a message. Defeats the purpose of having it. I spent thousands on advertisting so i had no choice but to get another phone or loose that number. They had no clue about the bug in the system but kept my money i spent on the service. Which was over $400 for something that doesnt work.

I didn't wait long and device I wanted was in stock. The sales rep was helpful, he listed to my concerns, got me all set up and sent me on my way! I had my two small children with me so I couldn't have asked for more! Overall very satisfied!
