I was there for over 2 hours buying couple equipments and we notice employees there are so worry about to sale than solve you issues , we finish going next day to the store ATT by Walmart and they solve all the mess in our services ,, costumer service need to be improved, courtesy and professionalism is the key

Give this man a raise.I came into the store , his help and professionalism was beyond measure . I am an older person so dealing with technology can be very stressful. My experience was simply amazing .. I thank him from the bottom of my heart .

Well, I can't give them less than 1 star but would if I could, anyway I had recently left to go to T-mobile, and I had to port my number before I was charged for another month with At&t, and I was told I had to get a copy of my balance owed to AT&T so T-MOBILE could pay off my contract, I was told all I needed was a print out, sounds simple right, wrong, for a whole week after I went to T-MOBILE I have been trying to do what I was told to so I could put the nightmare AT&T behind me, and start over fresh, I called every AT&T store in the area, and every one said they weren't allowed to give me my own billing information, and yet the call center told me that is the only way to get what I need, so then I had to call my bank to put a stop payment on AT&T so I wouldn't get stuck paying for 2 different contracts, finally I called the AT&T store in boardman on 224 (the old Frendly's Ice cream place) I told the guy what I wanted to do, and as soon as he heard me say going from AT&T, to T-MOBILE he said have a nice day and hung up on me, I called back to report him to the store manager, and she told me how the rep talks to customers isn't my concern and wouldn't even listen to what I had to say, and so now I am still stuck with an AT&T, and T-MOBILE account and all they have to do is print the balance for T-MOBILE to pay the balance owed I don't understand why they are treating me so badly, what can I do AT&T sent me an email telling me that my bill was paid, and thanking me.

I was in the store for 12 mins, 4-5 people working, and not one person even acknowledged I was in the store. I understand all the workers were with customers, but a simple hi or hello would have sufficed.

I switched from T-Mobile, they do not correct problems for their customers and Chris helped me get the best plan for me. He's the best of the best.

This place is an absolute joke. They committed fraud on our credit card and ignored us when we tried to discuss the situation. They charged us over Twelve thousand dollars to our credit card. The manager told us it wasn’t his responsibility and to call the president of AT&T. Avoid using them at all costs!!!

Megan the manager was extremely kind and helpful in sorting out a billing problem. She was patient and very willing and capable of assisting me with a challenging problem in a very transparent and forthright manner.
