Not from this area. I called in to ask about some headlights for my dads 2005 PT Cruiser.... Ken was very helpful and told me about the discounts and found the brightest bulb available..

The guy that helped cash me our was super helpful. I really appreciate him mentioning that I could get the cheaper windshield wipers blades and they'll have the same effect as the more expensive ones for half the price. It saved me a lot of money. l really appreciate it 💯

Worst place I have ever visited, the guy felt like he had to yell at me very loudly and very unprofessionally so he could feel like he was in control of a situation instead of handling it nicely and respectfully like it ended up being done... And then he had the nerve to tell me with so much emphasis and proudly that he was the manager of the store, what a way to set the example

I bought my 06 F250 in 08 with 13,000 miles on it. Ford would not put a recall on their know to be bad calipers that both froze on in the rear, still under warranty. I purchased both from autozone and at 46,000 miles, I still have no problems. A week ago my left front caliper froze on and lucky for me,it released when it cooled off. Autozone carries calipers without brackets but you have to wait a weekbto get them.Both bracket bolts were well greased so Autozone gave me a discount of buying caliper without bracket, with a bracket. A day later the right front went, same situation as left but autozone didn't discount that or give me the 20% discount because I didn't buy both calipers the same day. Other than that, besides factory, I think they have the best parts.

Tiffany was the young lady who waited on me. I went in to buy a bulb for my make up. I was unable to remove the bulb. Took it in to show want I needed. She volunteered to remove the bulb, she went to get what I needed, she put the new bulb in and taped the the package so the extra bulb wouldn't fall out!!!! She was super pleasant from beginning to end! This AutoZone is always my favorite. I live in Canfield so I pass others just to get to this location!

This store and it's employees are amazing!Shout out and five stars to Tiffany!Came in to have my battery checked, she hooked up her little device and found I needed a new battery. Bad cell. It's what I was expecting.They had a battery in stock, and luckily my vehicle is one that they are able to replace on site.Tiffany had my new battery in within 15 mins, from start (instore getting battery and paying) to finish (uninstalling and installing batteries).Tiffany ROCKS!Thank you Autozone for this service and hireing amazing people who actually like their jobs.?Great customer service with a great attitude! ?Thank You Tiffany
