Absolute worst experience ever at a store. Waited 40 minutes for a table that is said to be in stocks just to be told that he can't find it. Not sure what would happen if I purchased it online for same day pickup. What a waste of time.

I used to work here and I absolutely love the store and the people except for the pale skinny chick with oddly discolored blonde hair she can be an absolute blank blank blank blank blank other than that the store has fantastic deals and decent prices staff is willing to work with you and help you find what you need and they have a pretty good Furniture selection!

Bought a 6 piece patio furniture set today. The sales associate was so helpful! She got all of our items and contacted the owner so ask if we could buy a floor model since they were out of one piece in the box. She even helped load it into our truck. The best customer service I’ve had in a long time!!

I would recommend visiting here if you haven't in a while, the furniture itself looks much nicer than I can remember. They have a wide selection of everything and some good sales on everyday items. I ran in for a tube of toothpaste and came out with a buggy full of stuff.

Big lots is a pretty decent store. It can be disorganized and their selection of goods is ok. They have nice furniture though. It would be nice if they had a delivery service included with a furniture purchase. Not an extra $75. So I will just stick to buying kitchen and cleaning supplies
