I have been trying to visit this store for YEARS and haven’t been able to…not once. They are never there and they never answer the phone! I can’t tell you how much time and gas I’ve wasted driving all the way there from East Palestine.

It wasn't even when I got there at 230 pm on Saturday It says it's open but had to call a number and still wouldn't come out. I had to switch routes just to come here and see if they did have the better choices. If you say your open be open it's bad business!

I walked up to the door and called the number. I was told that I would be greeted in a moment, and I was as promised. The very kind gentleman was knowledgeable, and has very good prices for quality kratom. I just a guy who likes my kratom, and this is my new go to place!

Drove to this location during hours that are listed as open, but the doors were locked. Multiple signs in the window direct you to call if the door is locked. I called, but there was no answer... It is, of course, fine to be closed, but please list your business hours correctly. It was a waste of my time, & gas... I recommend against making the trip to this location, unless you call ahead and make sure that someone will actually be there.

The markup for kratom seems to be worse than jewelry. Most of these headshops are trying make you pay outrageous prices when you can buy a kilo online for $80-100. This place at least seems reasonable if you're not able to wait for online order. Beats driving to the place across state lines.

i used to get my kratom from another shop because it had the best prices, but it was a bit of a travel for me. this place rivals their prices and is only a few minutes away! new customer for life :)
