I've been a car wash member for years, and now they raised price from 40 to $100/month - I immediately contacted them and they refuse to refund the transaction. Poor business practices.

UPDATE:
Called the number twice same day they commented on my review and got voicemail, but still no call back and still waiting for refund to arrive. So fed up! Don't tell someone to call a number and not answer or respond at all!
I purchased a vip wash through the mobile app and when I tried scanning it didn't register, tried typing in the code and it came up that it couldn't find anything. I sent an email to the address listed on app with no response, a month later tried the code again nothing. Called the phone number listed and explained that I emailed and now calling to request a refund with still no response. So I am now put 16 bucks 😡 i will take my business elsewhere from now on.

Payed in cashed and wasn’t dispensed change, even got a failed to dispense message. What a joke, why offer the option to pay in cash if there isn’t going to be a way to make change.

Purchased a wash, and after entering the wash bay, everything shut down and stopped working. Tried to call for a refund, left a voice-mail, and they will not return my call.

This place is a scam.... I bought the VIP wash club back in June, I used it 1 month and then took my card info off of the app because I no longer wanted to use it.. I have since then been charged $40 dollars every month since July until now. I called and spoke to some woman saying she would get this issue handled and to call her back early next week. I called her back and she told me the issue still was not resolved. She then stated she would call me. She has yet to call me after 2.5 weeks and now is ducking my calls. This place is an absolute rip off. I will be going to the BBB unless my money is refunded in full for the $160 they wrongfully charged me. Terrible customer service.

Update:
Despite previous problems, I purchased the "Car Wash Club" membership. It was attractively priced and I pass this car wash every day.
The "Club" app generates a code on your smartphone which can be scanned at the facility.
Problem is, the scan works only about 1/3 of the time and hasn't worked in my last three visits.
I reached out each time via e-mail to the "Club" thinking they might appreciate a heads up but never got a response.
Time to cancel and move on...

My whole backend of car was dirty. Black dirty so was windshield. I had to go home and wash it down. Vacuum not powerful enough.

14 bucks to rinse off my car. A 60 second air dry that doesn't accomplish much. I understand its a drive through wash but my lord they have these machines tuned in to be so miniscule to maximize their profits. I suggest they offer a bit more quality amd quantity to the customer even if they only make eleven dollars instead of 12 dollars on a 14 dollar wash... It doesn't clean the tires nor rims please don't argue with me on that it DOES NOT. Wheel wells, nah. I end up driving 125 mph down the road to and my vehicle is still dripping from every orifice. If you like water spots this is for you.

It did a decent job, but the announcement of each cycle was rather annoying. The timed blower was a nice feature.
