They always have fire deals on newer phones especially if you know more than the person who's selling you the phone I got the s25 ultra for $800 with a charger and case.. all in all totally satisfied.

I will never understand how anyone uses boost mobile. Terrible customer service. Rude every time I have been in a boost store. My daughter’s phone is through boost. Her phone turned itself off and never came back on, so we charged it overnight. Still didn’t come on. After explaining this lady looked at it, plugged it in, and waited 2 minutes and said oh it won’t turn on, you’ll have to go to a cell repair place. I asked about new phones, she was not at all helpful. Told me about 6 different prices then just looked at me. I said give me the newest iPhone you have please. She said ok. Gave me a 12 and then charged me $90 more than she had said. Then after charging my card and completing the transaction says- would you like to add a screen protector? ??♀️ I have had problems a few times over the years with my phone and I take it in to the store I use, never once have they looked at me and said oh just go to a cell repair place. Verizon has always been amazing for me with their customer service

Staff was terrible, don't go here. Honestly if I could give it less than one star I would. Staff was unhelpful very trashy seemed more concerned about making tik-toks then helping a customer.

They cam never help you with your service....EVER! Why bother having a store if you just have people call who knows where to talk to someone else who can't help?????
