“Recently had a rental from here while my car was in the body shop being repaired. First vehicle given to me I had some issues with it had a bad vibration at 45-60mph and a foul smell of marijuana when the heater was turned on. Called in and spoke to the assistant manager with no hesitation he told me to bring the car back that they would give me another. Upon arriving he gave me 2 keys and showed me both vehicles told me to take them on a test drive and make sure everything was working ok and I was satisfied before leaving the lot. He went above and beyond to make sure i was happy with the rental that i had for 3 weeks while my car was in the body shop being repaired.”
