I made a mistake and ordered two pair of the same tennis shoes called them immediately, and they would not take it off my credit card . I had to wait till I received the tennis shoes to return them. I went to UPS return them, and a few days later they came back to me. I got an email from champ that they received my return and they took it off my credit card then three days later the shoes came back to me. I went to UPS and they charged me another seven dollars to return the shoes again.

I walked in with my friend and there were three male employees in there staring at us awkwardly. We just browsed a little bit and my friend went to try on some hats. When my friend was trying on hats one of the workers said with a smug look on his face that there was someone in here earlier trying on hats and he had white stuff in his hair implying that the person had lice. The other two workers in the back were laughing and snickering like something was funny. Its obvious that they were lying and trying to get us to leave the store thinking we would be freaked out because we are both women. My friend and I won’t be coming back here.

I went into this champs a week ago and asked one of the workers if they had a specific shoe I was looking for. He immediately dismissed me and said no so rudely. He was a middle aged white guy, he was probably agitated about something but that is not okay. I bought my shoes at another store bc they were actually friendly and helpful.
