My computer picked the worst time to fail. I had a lot of work to complete and my computer wasn't cooperating. It was caught in a boot up loop that I couldn't do anything with. I called Rick at Cyber Express, explained the issue, and he told me to bring the computer in. I took the computer to Rick and he suggested a temporary solution that I could use on a flash drive on another machine I have at home. Then, Rick put my computer on the work bench and found the problem and had it fixed within two days. Excellent work all around. He gave me a way to complete all my time sensitive work, and provided a more permanent solution for my computer. I'm very satisfied with their work and recommend Cyber Express for anything that might occur with your machine.

I love Cyber Express. I’m not computer friendly. I have a monthly subscription with them. If I have any questions they are at the end of the phone happy to help me out. Yesterday I had them come to my home to help me install a new printer, scanner. They are local, friendly and speak with an American accent! Great customer service!! Thank you so much for all of your help!!
