Such a wonderful interaction with Enterprise. Everything went very fast and smoothly. Darris was wonderful to work with, van was the perfect size and the rate was good for the days traveled.

Had to leave for a long trip across the state this past weekend. Loved the car I got and they even gave me options when I thought it might not be enough for me. Superb service. Will be coming here again for future uses, if needed.

BEWARE DO NOT RENT A CAR HERE!!!
Dior glasses taken / stolen!!!! My mother in law rented cars here twice. FIRST TIME she rented a car to go to Missouri in a rush to see her son’s graduation in the military and the car was disgusting and reeked of marijuana!! On the way in St. Louis the car she rented from them got a flat tire. She called enterprise they sent someone out BUT EXPECTED HER TO PAY FOR IT??? when she got the insurance for it ??? It doesn’t make sense. SECOND TIME she rented a car on Father’s Day and they didn’t even confirm the price with her beforehand. I rode in that car with her and left my glasses in that car in a rush. The Dior glasses were in the car. We went up there the SAME DAY and NEXT DAY to tell them we left the Dior glasses in the car and they didn’t find anything. On top of that they rented the car out to someone else. So someone in detailing & cleaning took the glasses or the person rented it (highly doubt that) did. I called again after a week to see if they found them or if someone turned them in and the glasses still didn’t turn up. They always get shitty every single time I have asked about the glasses too instead of being nice about it, very suspicious. I called another enterprise location too and they said they have cameras at this location but this location didn’t even tell me they have cameras?????? Very Interesting. While I acknowledge that leaving the sunglasses behind was my oversight in a hurry , I am concerned about Enterprise's responsibility in this matter & how disgusting they have handled it. Those glasses were expensive Christian Dior glasses and it was a gift from a deceased family member as well so it was sentimental. Very unprofessional. We will never rent here again!

The Boardman Enterprise office made my experience wonderful! They were able to accommodate my need for a minivan on very short notice, and price matched a prior booking I had to cancel at a different location. I will definitely rent from them again!

Hello, I recently had to rent a car from Enterprise due to an accident I was in.
Imagine my surprise when on day two of having said car, I received a car stating that I would have to return the car to the rental agency because whereas it doesn’t happen all the time, the car was sold while I was renting it.
Are there no checks and balances?
What if I was an hour away?
Thank God my car was done being worked on.
I will never use Enterprise again and couldn’t recommend them less.

I recently had the pleasure of renting a car from Enterprise, and I must say, the experience was nothing short of outstanding. From the moment I walked through their doors to the moment I returned the vehicle, Enterprise exceeded my expectations in every possible way.

If I could give 10 stars I would. Manager in Boardman was phenomenal to work with, stayed past close after not being able to pay with our debit card for Wagoneer Rental-needed to run home to grab credit card. First class service. I will now give my business to Boardman and avoid Austintown location at all costs. Manager in Austintown should spend a month in Boardman so he can learn how to treat and value customers like the Boardman leadership team does.

I have been dealing with Enterprise for years, and they have never let me down. Mistakes happen, and when they do, they are quick to make it right. You can't go wrong with Enterprise.

Always great service and I like that it is close to my house for easy access on business trips. The service there is always top notch.
