Great store, bad customer service, 5 days trying to get my package after been dropped in the wrong address 2 times, pictures showing a different house twice. Still don't have my package.

Jason took my electronics and helped me to get a receipt for them. Cameras and cords and all! Thanks Jason good customer service is hard to come by!!

The manager julia was so mean I had to record her talking to me the way she did told me I was slow I have that too on video I work with kids who are disabled and they asked me to bring in pictures of my kids so I went to print them out and she was so rude. Customer service with her isn't good at all I'll never come here again!! thank God I didn't bring any of my kids to have a experience here with her because I won't know how to explain how to be nice in this situation! But to all have a good night

I have worked with this location on several occasions and done much business. However, I walked inside the store 10 minutes before they were closing to email a document and was told they couldn’t do it because they were closing soon. This document was very important. What type of customer service is this? I will think twice about using them again.

Office Max never emailed my wife back about not being able to print a huge order and told her this at the store. We needed 100 Medicare flyers for the Pro Football Hall of Fame Salute to Veterans Event on the 12th. It was 5:30pm on November 11th and we drove across the street to FedEx and Brandt said he could do that big of an order in no time. He was so helpful and saved the day for my wife. He treated us like friends and not customers. Him and I even talked about our favorite 80’s movies and quizzed each other. The other gentleman working was Pressley and he was very helpful and very friendly also. Brandt needs to be recognized for his great customer skills and saving the day for a Veteran’s event the next day. As a Navy Veteran that meant alot to me and my wife. FedEx is lucky to have such great workers there. 😊

I wish I could give this location a lower rating. I visited today (11/2 around 1:30 PM) to ship donuts out of state and approached the counter eager to pay for packaging. The woman at the counter, who I believe was a manager, was incredibly rude from the start. Her condescending tone was off-putting, and when I explained what I was shipping, she responded with attitude and grabbed a box.
She then informed me that they can't pack perishable items, which was frustrating. If I hadn't had my kids with me, I would have left and gone to USPS instead.
After she packaged my items, I had to wait in line again, deliberately avoiding her register. The male employee who helped me was slightly better, but the shipping prices are insane!
Overall, this location seriously needs to improve its customer service and empathy.

Needed cards printed quickly on the spot and Nar was there to help me and get it done so quickly! The staff here is so friendly and nice and everyone should go here for all printing needs!!! The cards also look perfect and are the exact size I needed!!!

Went in to mail out a prelabeled package. Didn't know how to use the kiosk.
Gentleman showed me how to use the kiosk and print a sent reciept.
Kind, fast, knowledgeable staff. Thank You 👍

My experience with them has been great.
I am a contractor and a small business owner. I wanted to give making my own high quality fliers a try instead of paying Vistaprint
I called to ask questions and make a plan, many of those questions silly, and Lisa stayed on the phone for like 10 minutes and helped me figure it all out.
When I came in, Pressley took great care of me. He helped me dial in my options, helped me work on proofs (4 to be exact), and when I gave him a .pdf file of my flier that was whack and not working right, he figured it out super fast.
In general I could just tell he cares about taking care of customers. I work in service industry so I know. Give that man a raise.

I wasn’t going to write a review, but since I see others have had the same poor customer service experience here…I will.
I went in with a prepaid label on a paper wrapped box, the employee asked me what I was shipping and I said “boots”. The employee said he has to cut it open to check the box that’s wrapped, and I said, “so then I’m going to have to rewrap this box now?” I asked him two times, he didn’t even respond just said he had to look and proceeded to cut the box open. Then he tells me that my box isn’t sturdy enough because packages can be dropped from 6 ft conveyer belts and the items can get damaged, and that my paper can rip off the package with my label on it and the package get lost. So he told me I could either pay them to wrap the package for $14 or buy a box for $5….and that “at least the buyer paid the shipping” - thanks sir, that’s so helpful?
Anyway I took my package to the fedex drop off site on Tippy in cornersburg, and they were so nice - I would highly recommend going there instead and save yourself the time and money. Oh - and they would have accepted my original package wrapped.
