The most unprofessional disrespectful bank in the Youngstown area. Very rude uneducated female working the Drive Thru. You're better off burying you're money in a coffee can then banking at First National Bank.

The branch manager, Kevin is always polite and presents himself with the utmost level of professionalism. The staff is always amiable and always greet their customers.

Unprofessional & Poor Service. I have had 2 separate issues while banking with First National Bank in Boardman. Both were met equally with the same poor, unresponsive, unhelpful behavior. If you have any other options to bank, please consider someone else.
