My Kid had a leak under her car and I wasn't able to go look at it. I told her to go to Flynn's as I had always had excellent service there. They looked her car over, test drove it, and came to the conclusion it was air conditioning water that may have not drained well because of debris blocking the drain hole. Nothing needed fixed and they didn't charge my kid for all their help. THAT is what we used to call SERVICE! It is still alive and well at Flynn's!

I always receive royal treatment at Flynns. Their customer service is outstanding and they repair my vehicle or do the recommended service and get it right the first time. Their prices are reasonable as well. Because I have only one vehicle, I usually have to wait while service is performed, and the wait times are excellent; work is always done sooner than expected. I highly recommend Flynns to anyone who needs tires or service for their vehicle.

Upon just dropping in unannounced needing rotate and balance I figured I would try the drive thru lane. I walked inside and met with the counterperson who handed me a red repair order sleeve and guided me back out to my car. As I was walking out to my car there was already a technician walking out to meet me at my car! They immediately directed me to a bay and it was like a a Pit-Crew in NASCAR! All 4 technicians tag teamed the car and had a system going. They even double checked the torque on my wheels with a manual torque wrench! They interacted with me in the car and included me in their conversation etc! Flynns has come a LONG way since I actually worked there 20 years ago! It was even GREAT then! Joe Flynn and his team should be so proud! Joe Flynn Sr would be beyond thrilled with his Legacy being Stewarded the way Joe Flynn Jr has stewarded it! Bravo JR (Store Manager) at Boardman location! ? ? ?. I HAVE and ALWAYS WILL BE a Flynn’s Tire Customer because I have personally experienced for myself as an employee how much they care about their employees and customers! WELL DESERVED

Wonderful people here! My van died on a road trip with my kids late Sunday evening. They got me in on Monday and worked until after close to get me taken care of. They picked us up from the hotel and were so kind. Great prices, amazing customer service, and my van made it the rest of the way to cleveland with no issues. Thank you, River, and the rest of your crew.

Jeremiah and the Flynn team were super! Very professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and efficient. Was able to detect the cause of my problem of leakage in one of my front tires immediately upon initial inspection. Had the issue attended to in a timely fashion and cost me very little. The whole staff of the Boardman Location of Flynn Tires should be commended! Thank you for a fine job well done from start to finnish! True to their word, which these days is hard to find!

I called in on a Sat morning around 10:30 asking if there was anyway they could fit me in because my A/C was blowing hot air. I was very worried because the following week the weather was projected to be in the 90’s. I was lucky enough to have my call answered by River - who then said they would fit me in because I work Mon-Fri 8-5 and I was having a difficult time finding a mechanic with Saturday hours.
When I arrived River greeted me warmly and with respect. He explained things to me and I left feeling good because I could see this was an honest young man who wasn’t going to take me for a ride.
I was able to pick up my car the same day and their pricing was affordable and fair. Thanks to River’s great customer care, I will definitely be going back to this location for all my future car needs.
If you’re thinking about using them, don’t think twice. They are great.
